Paolas Beauty Salon - Palm Bay Carlos Villalba: I recently visited Paolas Beauty Salon in Palm Bay, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. After a series of unfortunate hair mishaps involving sea water, hard water, and an over-chlorinated pool, my hair was left in a dire state – discolored and severely damaged. To make matters worse, a previous salon visit had resulted in a harsh treatment that not only failed to fix the color but also left my hair in worse condition. Feeling quite dismayed and with my hair sporting an unflattering and unintended shade of blonde, I discovered Paolas Beauty Salon. From the moment I stepped in, I knew I was in good hands. Paola herself attended to me with the utmost professionalism and a comforting demeanor that immediately put my worries at ease. What truly sets Paola apart is her exceptional skill and deep understanding of hair care. She not only corrected the color, bringing it to a beautiful, natural-looking shade that perfectly complements my dark skin tone, but she also miraculously repaired the damage. The transformation was astounding. My hair hasnt just returned to its former glory; it looks and feels even better than before! Paolas expertise extends beyond just hair coloring. She provided me with valuable advice on how to maintain my hairs health, considering the challenges of environmental factors like pool water and sun exposure. Her recommendations on products and care routines were tailored specifically to my hairs needs. The salon itself exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making the entire experience thoroughly enjoyable. The staff are friendly, the salon is impeccably clean and stylish, and the range of services they offer is impressive. Passions For Hair - Palm Bay Amy Sheehan: When I complimented my friend’s beautiful blond hair she referred me to Jamie at Passions for Hair. My hair was well over due for a haircut and blond highlights. It was easy to set up an appt and now I have beautiful blond hair and healthy ends!

Natural Shades of Beauty Braiding Salon - Palm Bay - Palm Bay C Cierra (Alex): My Honest Experience with Kea at Natural Shades of Beauty Salon TL;DR: I booked an 8-hour appointment at Natural Shades of Beauty with Kea, who was late, dismissive, and rough. She ignored my requests, forced a style I didn’t like, and left my hair with product buildup. Even after I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was still charged $155. CashApp also flagged her as a potential scammer. I would not return or recommend this salon. FULL REVIEW: On February 19, 2025, I had an appointment at Natural Shades of Beauty Salon with Kea for a takedown and natural boho braids. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I’ve had at a salon. 1. Poor Time Management & Unprofessionalism • Kea was an hour late to my 10 am appointment. • She worked on other clients while working on me, causing my 4.5-hour appointment to take 8 hours. • At 1:30 PM (over 3 hours in), she asked if she could work on another client while I waited. 2. My Requests Were Ignored • I stated in my booking notes and verbally that I wanted a natural, non-tight style, that I’m tender-headed, and that I don’t like braids on my neck—Kea ignored all of this. • When I told her I didn’t like how the braids looked, she kept telling me to “trust the process” rather than addressing my concerns. • I felt insecure throughout the appointment but was repeatedly reassured that the style would look good once finished. 3. Rough & Painful Handling • Kea pulled and yanked my hair aggressively, causing my glasses to hit my nose bridge twice. • Even though I flinched and reminded her I was tender-headed, she never adjusted her technique. • Before I left, she sprayed my hair with oil without warning, getting oil dots all over my glasses—which made driving home in the rain and dark difficult. 4. The Final Style Was Not What I Expected • The parts were uneven, the braids were stiff and cakey, and my hair felt dirty and heavy (photos attached). • When I saw my hair, I immediately disliked it and told Kea. • I felt so uncomfortable that I asked if they had a bonnet I could buy just to cover my hair before leaving. • When I took the braids out, I found clumps of product buildup that took extra effort to remove. 5. Payment & Refund Concerns • Even after I expressed dissatisfaction, they still charged me $140 (I paid $155 via CashApp). • CashApp flagged Kea’s account as a potential scam, making refunds difficult. • As of Feb 23. 2025, Kea has declined my refund request on Cashapp even though I immediately expressed my dissatisfaction and had to remove the style completely. 6. Concerning Comments • Throughout the appointment, Kea made multiple remarks about my hair texture and asked why I was insecure about my natural hair. • She also asked if my mom was white, which felt out of place. • After reading other reviews, I noticed similar complaints from past customers. Final Thoughts • This salon does not prioritize clients’ preferences or comfort. • Kea was rough, dismissive, and did not take my feedback seriously. • I would not recommend this stylist or this salon. Stay far away and take your money elsewhere.

Expand Your Look Salon - Palm Bay Larissa B: Expand your look! I know in this day and age hairstylists, let alone GOOD NATURAL Hairstylists are hard to come by! If you’re even thinking about booking her, do it! From the very beginning she had been nothing but professional, prompt and always delivers GREAT SERVICE. I started going to her last year, mid 2021 because, I wanted a break from doing my hair and I haven’t looked back. She’s very knowledgeable and provides and provides her services in a beautiful, modern salon. Her books get full QUICK so don’t fret just BOOK! I read the reviews about her and knew shed be able to help me. She made this bad haircut look really great. Originally, I was interested in the keratin treatment, but Miss Foxx educated me on this amazing treatment called hair botox, so I figured Id try it. Throughout the appointment she was professional and educated me along the way on the products shes using, the techniques shes performing, and what I can do for my hair to help along my journey of growing long healthy hair. Ive never had a hair stylist so thorough, and I recommend Miss Foxx to anyone who truly cares about quality!

As a brunette, I wanted to lighten things up and brighten with some caramel highlights and she did such incredible work! Her talent for hair was always something obvious and she made an incredible career out of it, now as a business owner. She has a unique ability to figure out what you want out of your service and then deliver in a way you never even thought of! Do yourself a favor and try out this salon!

Ambiance Beauty Salon - Palm Bay Kimberly Vitols: Laura is wonderful. She listens to what you want, asks you questions and makes sure youre happy and you got what you wanted. If its not, she will do it again. I wouldnt go anywhere else. And the prices! For get about it! I want to give her more than she asks for after the tip. Absolutely wonderful.
