My twists legit started unraveling when i got out of the seat. She had the NASTIEST attitude as well, and for what because she doesn’t know how to follow instructions and looks like she doesn’t know what she’s doing. And the AUDACITY to charge 90 dollars and ask for a tip after something like that? And then to have an ATTITUDE the entire time? Lady’s a scam artist through and through. Don’t waste your time.

1 /5 Cherol: Doesnt know the history of LOCKS, l have free form locks, needed to re-attach some locks to the front, due to an incident that happened to me. I went to her for help, she saw my locks and immediately began to judge my locks in the most negative way, proceeding to embarrass me in front of the clients, and wanted to charge me $90 just to re attach 3 locks! I am Jamaican l have free form, and it is NOT for style , but a way of life for us! HOW DARE YOU JUDGE ME! We should be lifting each other up, not tearing us DOWN!

She ruined my hair completely to the point where my hair was coming out in chunks from the chemical reaction of the hair dye and she was very rough with my hair. They still had me pay full price when I left I was crying. Not a sorry or any type of remorse for ruining my hair

Sugey Vanegas: Honestly, this place is only getting a three because stylist was nice all the way through. Nevertheless, my hair is a disaster. I went to get my hair from dark brown to light brown. They said it was possible. I said “I think you need to bleach it to lighten my hair, my hair is pretty dark”. She proceeded to try and do it without lightening and the result is super light brown roots and black hair. It looked terrible. She suggested highlights and I said sure, anything is better than what I had. My hair lightens just fine with the bleach and I proceed to say I want an ashy tone. When I get done it’s a mess of copper and orange tones and many shades of anything but even ashy highlights. I’m literally embarrassed to go to work tomorrow as I work facing people all day. I will not be back for any repairs. I got there at 4:30pm and left at 9:45pm and still didn’t get what I wanted. I really wanted to like this place cause it’s close to home but I have never had such a terrible outcome.
