1 /5 Angela Martinez: The scheduling department at sante plus is a total disaster, wish there were negative stars and I would grade it mines 100 stars . Had an initial appointment with Dr Velez through tele health on Jan 10 to which they told me they he had an emergency almost an hour after I waiting on the virtual waiting room . They didn’t even call to at least cancel , then today on the 24th same thing the doctor isn’t working today supposedly , this is a total lack of respect to people who need medical assistance. The only reason I don’t use another doctor is because all the endocrinologists are booked for 5 or 6 months . Please have some respect to patients

1 /5 SLINGSHOT RENTALS OF SWFL: Only because there are no 0 stars. This place is a joke. Don’t contact you with results and/or follow up. I had to call to find out if my blood work or MRI results were in 2 weeks later and I still have to wait 2 more weeks to see a Dr. I don’t trust one bit. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Kept getting disconnected when taking to find out about my results. Needless to say I am changing my PCP immediately. If you come across this place, RUN!! However, they bombard your email asking for referrals! Do a good job first and then we will talk about sending some people your way. Very sad and poor service.

1 /5 Magdala Pierre: This place lacks leadership and communication. I called to make an appointment and provide my insurance information. I got to my appointment early and was informed I had to call my insurance and make them my PCP. after a long time of not reaching anyone, I went online and chose them as my PCP. I was told that was fine and they would see me. 45 minutes later I was told I needed confirmation from my insurance or to pay cash. I was willing to pay cash to find out they dont even do Titers there I had to be referred to CVS. This place is a joke. I couldnt post without a star, 000000 star for me.
