1 /5 Taylor Balcom: Came in at 11:45 and was asked if I had an appointment. There were only two clients there. I did not and asked for dip manicure. She then asked me to wash my hands and sit down. The nail tech came over and I told her I had until 12:45 and if that was enough time, she confirms yes. The nail tech proceeds to take off all my dip polish using a drill.
A woman then walks in a says she has an appointment at 12, the lady in the front tells her “10-15 minutes okay instead?” The woman is obviously annoyed but agrees.
Then the lady that told us our wait times comes over to me and my nail tech and tells us she has to stop and do the other woman’s nails first… even the nail tech said but I am already taking off her dip polish. I told her I’m not waiting until the other woman is gone and they should have never started on my nails if they didn’t have enough time.
Never in my life have I seen someone’s service be stopped in the middle because they were so unprofessional and forgot they had an appointment coming.
