1 /5 None: Let me paint this picture for you. So I was once employed by them and QUIT due to the hostile environment this place once was. When I quit I started seeing Dr. Chan. She is one of the best PCP’s anyone can have unfortunately this is not her practice so rules have to be followed. So when I quit I started seeing Dr.Chan because I needed and wanted a Dr that knew what she was doing due to me having a very complicated health history. I once owed them for a bill which I made it clear to Sherry (billing) that we were living on one income so it was hard for me to make ends meet but when I was able to I would pay it. Prior to the bill being paid a medical records request was sent over in which he refused to send over because I had a balance. Made my attorney aware which then I emailed Dr. Rosen (owner of practice) on what she said and she completely denied telling me “ she wasn’t going to send over my medical request because I had a balance” she then finally sent them over to the requesting agency. I went for my physical and was seeing Dr. Chan for once again severe health issues: boom I get a bill for a balance of $50.00….. YUP $50.00 . Explain again to sherry I will pay it prior to my next appt I had scheduled with Dr. Chan. One day I decide to login to my patient portal because I was going to send Dr. Chan a message and I get transferred to Sherry. “ O hi Joanna did you not receive the letter we sent you?” No, what letter? We dismissed you from our practice . Dr. Chan will no longer be able to see you,. What? Why? Because you haven’t been keeping your appointments, I’m like what my scheduled appt hasn’t even come up yet. “O yea you have a balance of $50” ahhh that’s the real reason why. I told her you know what I’m not going to pay it now forreal send it to collections. Fast forward here we are years later and I am finally getting the proper medical attention again from a PCP I am comfortable with and like after not seeing a Dr for years and here this Sherry is again or whoever is in billing or maybe even Dr. Rosen as Sherry does run things by him from time to time and my new PCP still hasn’t gotten my medical records. Please avoid this place at all costs! They definitely aren’t in the best interest of the patients. Keep it moving I promise there is a pcp with less headaches, and better practice standards.

5 /5 Jacqueline M: I feel extremely blessed to be one of their patients. Dr. Chan is a wonderful addition to their staff and has treated me like a family member. She answers emails in less than 24 hours and even makes calls on her days off. The patient portal makes it very easy to communicate for refills and general questions. Dr. Rosen is the same. I love the ladies up front. A small practice like this makes it feel like a family and thats what you want from your primary care doctor. You want them to know you and this is exactly what you get with Dr.Chan and Dr. Rosen.

5 /5 Dave Darling: I have been going to Dr. Rosen for 17 years and can tell you he is the best doctor I have ever been to in my 60 years. He really knows his stuff, is a great listener, and the customer service is outstanding. His staff is courteous and efficient and in all the years I have been visiting his office I have never waited more than 10 minutes to see him. And whether I call him or send a note on his portal, I always receive a response within 24 hours. . . . Oh, one more thing: his persistence in having a problem in my kidney diagnosed last year probably saved my life.

5 /5 shay daversa: I’ve been seeing Dr. Rosen for 7 years. Both my husband and I are retired health care providers and are very particular about our own providers. Not only does Dr. Rosen have a warm and helpful staff, he also is a very thorough practitioner and good listener. Something that is of import to me is that he includes me in my own care! No “god complex” in this office. On one occasion, in Dr. Rosen’s absence, I was treated by Dr. Chan. She, also, was quite kind and proficient in diagnosing and prescribing. I highly recommend this practice and am grateful to have it in our area.

5 /5 Mariah Watson Selzer: Katherine Chan is the BEST doctor I have ever had here. The other female doctors I had known where there left and I need a female doctor for personal reasons and hadnt seen Dr. Chan before today. I usually research any doctor for anything before seeing one but really needed to get in for something so I made the appointment without knowing anything about her and I got lucky. She is attentive, professional, warm, understanding, down to earth, and doesnt rush you through your appointment. It was very easy to talk to her and she asked questions and answered all of mine best she could. I live 50 minutes away since recently moving away from that area but I will continue to make the drive anytime I need an appointment just to see her because its not often I get a doctor for anything who is as good of a draw as her. The support staff has always been good here as well.
