1 /5 Karen Puracan: If 0 stars was an option, thats what Id give. My daughter and I had a groupon for two facials. First time we called, never called back. So we went over. Waited 15 minutes, in the rain for them to open. Gave up. Tried again. A nice man with spiky black hair greeted us right away. We didnt realize there was a price difference for someone with acne (daughter). So I offered to pay difference. He agreed. Nice guy. Hence the one star.
We arrived the day of our appointment, only to find theyd put us down for the wrong day. The man there was very nice, extremely apologetic, and agreed to give us what we needed for no extra charge the following weekend.
FANTASTIC.
Well, We showed up, and the lady there said he had no right to offer that, and wouldnt honor it. Id have to pay an additional $60.00 or something like that. I refused, as this was our 2nd attempt, wed been promised, etc etc. She dug in. I asked for the mgr, who was conveniently not there. So she texted said me. But by then, I was so angry at this lady that I wouldnt have enjoyed a facial from her had she given in. So I just said "You know, this is the worst customer service I think Ive ever experienced! Very unprofessional! Just forget it. And we wont be back." And we walked out.
And will NEVER return.
