I was scheduled for a manicure without being informed that the technician was a beginner. As a result, I paid $40 for poor-quality work ā within just a week and a half, my nails started chipping and breaking. When I raised this issue, I was offered a redo, but only with the same technician who made the mistakes in the first place.
I requested that an experienced technician fix the problem, but instead of understanding, I was essentially blamed for the situation. Rather than resolving the issue, I was made to feel at fault. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism.
I do not recommend this salon and will not be returning. I hope management reconsiders their approach to customer service and the quality of their work.
