Екатерина Рачеева I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service and the way customers are treated. I was scheduled for a manicure without being informed that the technician was a beginner. As a result, I paid $40 for poor-quality work — within just a week and a half, my nails started chipping and breaking. When I raised this issue, I was offered a redo, but only with the same technician who made the mistakes in the first place. I requested that an experienced technician fix the problem, but instead of understanding, I was essentially blamed for the situation. Rather than resolving the issue, I was made to feel at fault. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism. I do not recommend this salon and will not be returning. I hope management reconsiders their approach to customer service and the quality of their work.

Anna Resnick The best nails in Boca for those who can afford it. Very pricey but good Russian manicure usually is. You are paying for perfect shape, durability, hygiene and professionalism that is hard to find around. They can do any shape or design you chose, are always on time and can fix the most difficult nail problem

Mariia Aauni Iana is literally so awesome! She works very fast, which I appreciate, cause on my only 1 day off I can’t spend a lot of time on my nails, even when I ask her for different designs, she’s still doing everything pretty fast without loosing the quality. Highly recommend this salon

Nicole Bujalski My friend has been going to Ron for years and I finally decided to go to Blow to Paris and try a blowout. Wow, my hair looked SO GOOD - and more importantly - it lasted for 3 days! Ron is excellent at his craft and you can tell he knows exactly how to blow/curl hair. I after trying many other blow dry bats, I finally found someone who can make my hair looked glam! I liked him so much I’ve decided to use him for my color as well. If you’re looking for an amazing blowout, I would definitely give him a try. See pic, I’m the one with the luscious waves. ;) Bonus, a little champagne while I get pampered.

Tangila Just dont Asked repeatedly to fill the empty spaces in nail her solution was to put gel polish over them and to correct the cheap dips poor coloring with it at the same time. What was square about the shape of my nails? The toe guy yelled at me because he painted my toes incorrectly while when I told him just the tips not in a rude way at all it was a waste of $74 totally

michaela wilson So disappointing. I literally never leave reviews but this one deemed it necessary. Made an appointment for me & my friend to get holiday nails together. I arrived and they didn’t even put us anywhere remotely near each other even though I told them at booking why we were even coming in together. I picked my polish (cat eye) but then was told I couldn’t do it because my tech didn’t know how. So I pivoted. My gelx was done terribly as a whole. I had gel coming out of the sides and two of my nails didn’t even fit correctly. Then I showed a picture of what I wanted and got nowhere near that (see attached). I hated them so much, I went home and filed off the color and painted them myself. Will not be coming back.

Cristhy Garcia Frankie is truly one of a kind! I was one of her early clients many many years ago until we lost touch due to the pandemic but once I saw her work again last year, I knew I had to run back! She’s such a kind and attentive individual but most of all, she really focuses on making sure each client is more than satisfied before they leave. The russian manicure always leaves my nails spotless and healthy! She’s also amazing with designs and really pays attention to every little detail. The dry pedicure also always leaves my feet feeling brand new! My manicures and pedicures always last at least 4-5 weeks but I’m always running back to come see her again anyway! The location is also very clean and super cute! It truly makes you feel pampered no matter which service you choose. I will never see anyone else and I always recommend her to anyone who’s looking to have their nails done! Truly the best of the best!

Pangie Pangie Literally the best Russian manicurist ever! I have followed Frankie since the beginning and will continue to follow her where ever she goes. The attention to detail, her amazing personality, and customer service, her ability to bring my ideas to fruition is absolutely unmatched. The quality of the products she uses is also unmatched. My nails last for up to 8 weeks (which I know is not recommended for a plethora of reasons, but I travel for work!). I always look forward to my next visit!!

I loved the bathing ritual with rose petals, exfoliating salts and vitaminized masks; all in the light of scented candles and a high quality service. This place is magical, serene and healing. The atmosphere and the music are perfect and very relaxing. It has very private areas for separate men and women. The entire sequence of thermal experiences are guided, by well-dosed sessions that include sauna, steam baths, Swiss shower and immersion pool. In the courtyard you can enjoy another outdoor experience in a very cool pool and the jacuzzi with hot water waterfalls for massages. A healthy and luxurious experience. Highly recommended.

envii beauté For those looking for a review before starting here, here’s the reality: the pay isn’t worth it. The managers only make about $2 more than regular employees, yet they act entitled, as if they’re the richest people around even though they clock in just like everyone else every day. Nicole wasn’t particularly helpful, and I thought she was supposed to be the best manager. I watched them all treat regular workers poorly, and honestly, the workers were much more attractive and capable. It almost felt like there was some jealousy or hate involved. The atmosphere was miserable overall. The only person who stood out and was genuinely helpful was Emma. Thank you, Emma, for being humane and treating others with respect. Your character speaks volumes, and you truly deserve better. I’m so grateful I’ve moved on from this place. I’m now thriving in my beauty niche, much happier, and earning more than what those managers get paid for the act. As for Ana, who’s supposed to be HR for Spa Palmera, I’m not even sure what she does. Meanwhile, I do 1% of what they do and earn significantly more. Poor employees, working so hard just to likely be replaced. A win is a win, and best of all, I no longer have to deal with unnecessary entitlement. Know your worth, even if no one else does, and find a place that will treat you with the respect you deserve and pay you real money.

Her customer service is superior and she represents the Boca Raton resort in the very best way they’re lucky to have her!

Morgan Sandoval I stumbled upon this salon while in town visiting my boyfriend and was in desperate need of a fill. Everyone was so friendly and chatty and did an excellent job. Henry did my gel pedicure and Vivian did my acrylic fill. It’s rare you find a salon that will let you test or try ideas on one finger first let alone without charging you. Will definitely come back whenever I am in town !

Chelsea Kemmerer Front desk has great customer service they can get you in right away. But for a gel manicure doing five coats of paint because you missed parts of the nails (the whole side) and leaving with parts of my nails still unpainted and uneven is crazy to me and not worth $40.

Sammy Abrams They were very quick service here. Hydie is very nice and she gave all of my friends chairs. I really enjoyed being there and had lots of fun! They take good care of the fish and the back and have a fun sense of humor. I also found out that they sanitize the chairs daily. I would give this place 6 stars if I could. Will come back!

Rabiya Samad Oxana is the absolute BEST!!!! She did my lashes throughout pregnancy and made me feel so beautiful. She uses the highest quality lashes and is delicate yet precise with her technique. Cannot recommend her enough. Aside from her amazing service, she always goes out of her way to make her clients feel supported and comforted. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Cheryl Khan Oxana is truly great at what she does! She knows what eyelashes will compliment your face and and provides suggestions. She is professional and kind and her lashes last a long time. So happy I found her!

Claudia Malikian I recently relocated to Florida from Montreal Canada and I have had the same eyelash tech for 10 years. I am extremely picky when it comes to my eyelashes and maintaining my natural lashes/ lash care. I was referred to Oxana and I cannot be more thankful. I tried going to a very reputable salon before meeting Oxana and they did not do a good job. Oxana is amazing, she did exactly what I wanted without damaging my lashes and I trusted her right away. I bearly even feel her working on eyes because she is so gentle, I never have irritation or redness and her work is phenomenal, she is so so so professional and has so much experience. I am so happy to have found her. I recommend 100% - she really is the BEST here in Boca!!!

Olga Orel Im truly disappointed with my recent experience. The manicure tools were not properly sanitized and lacked sharpness, which was concerning. The specialist’s attire also appeared unkempt. I requested not to have the edges of my toes cut, but was told "it’s too late, my dear," which felt unprofessional and dismissive. To top it off, the nail polish started to fade much sooner than expected. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet the standards I was hoping for.

Analía Espinoza Kim did an amazing job on my nails. I absolutely love my rainbow French set. She was so patient with me while I picked out all the colors and left my nails super cute. I also got a pedicure done and it was great! 10/10 would recommend!

Victoria Jean I recently visited Venetian Spa in Boca Raton with my cousin, and our experience was awful. I asked for an overlay in powder blue on my toes, and the technician decided to give me a clear overlay instead, telling me it was “to help grow my nails.” I know what I want, and I’ve had powder blue overlays done before at Radiant Nails in Boynton Beach without any issues. The technician doing my toes ignored my request to keep my nails squared and ended up making them extremely short, despite me asking for a specific style. My regular nail tech at Radiant Nails always delivers exactly what I want, regardless of the length of my nails. Here, it felt like the tech did whatever he wanted instead of listening to me, which is unacceptable when I’m paying for the service. As for my cousin, the lady working on her nails was no better. She was rough, popping her nails off carelessly, and the result was poorly done. On top of it all, they charged way too much for such bad service. In short, Venetian Spa is overpriced, unprofessional, and clearly doesn’t prioritize customer satisfaction. I will never return, and I highly recommend going somewhere else if you want quality nail service.

Marijana Milic STAY AWAY GUY WORKING HERE IS ABUSIVE. The most horrific experience in a nail salon ever. Guy doing my nails started grabbing my hand and cutting me with a file all over after I stated that my nails are not looking the way I want them. I asked him nicely if he could file them more as they were too tick and he squeezed my hand really hard and wouldn’t let go until I screamed NO! I was really uncomfortable and scared to the point I started recording him for my own safety. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY DONT HAVE ANY RESPECT Edit : your response is a complete lie as I had longer nails before I came in then after I walked out. I wanted long nails and that’s the reason I added tips. First time he cut them they were long enough but then he kept cutting them shorter and shorter and I said that’s not what I asked for. Also I was traveling and I had no time to wait for her to redo my nails. Also she did see cuts on my nails but only after applying oil once I pointed it out to her. Also to add this place is very unsanitary and no one had masks on and guy was coughing the whole time. He also grabbed me to the point I started crying so STAY AWAY

All the techs do things differently considering nails is an art, however I always leave feeling happy and peaceful. Great customer service, I’m always in an out. Simple Pleasures Been coming here for years. Stoped around 2019 though due to pandemic. And just return here for a brow waxing and polish change. This Place is so stunning inside, I’ve always loved the decor, it’s very fancy. The employees are great and I was thrilled to find out 2 of the employees I used to go to are still there after this long. A polish change and eyebrow wax is $29, so it’s not cheap, but the work they do is amazing, so I’ll keep coming as long as their work keeps being exceptional.

valentina freitas I feel so bad saying this but Horrible horrible place. Charged me 14$ to get 2 nails fixed when they only lasted 9 days and on top of it didn’t fix my nails with the correct color. Manager is super rude and not rice at all.
