5 /5 Denise Williams: I was in the salon today, new years eve when A white lady walked in and was told the wait time would be 1hr. She expressed her disappointment that she called and ask for a nail tech and was expected to be seen the minute she walked in. The nail professionals did explain to her, that walk-ins are a first come first serve basis, and even though she called to check if That nail tech was availability however other clients walked in before her. The salon is always clean and beautiful and customer services amazing. I think she is just a mad because this is a black owned salon and they did not put the other client out the chair to service to her. This is very disappointing how black businesses have to suffer. I love shans nails..
