5 /5 Robin Nilsson: cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Sharon Ward - from the moment I stepped into the office, I could feel the care and compassion that radiates from her and her team. Dr. Sharon is not only an incredibly skilled and knowledgeable OB/GYN but also someone who truly cares about her patients and the community she serves. Her professionalism and attention to detail are unmatched, and she always takes the time to listen and address any questions or concerns. She makes you feel seen, heard, and valued, which is rare and so appreciated. Beyond her expertise, Dr. Sharon is family-oriented and has a warm, welcoming demeanor that immediately puts you at ease.

1 /5 Sugarloaf Sanctuary: No test results after 1 month , no one answers the phone. Poor office help. Its been a month since my test, i never received a phone call regarding the results or the card i filled out to send if everything id ok. I tried to call several dozen times, but no one answered the phone. Also, Its baffling how customers or staff dont wear masks when entering a doctors office. I can understand people not caring about their own health thats apparent looking around the US, but not caring about others, especially when theyre there to help folks, is rude and insulting. If its a right vs. left thing, then they are purely ignorant.

1 /5 Maggie DeMond: Asking for an appointment with a specific provider, got there and they switched who i would see. That provider couldnt help me, but said the surgeon would be able to do a zoom call because I live 50 miles away. When i went to make that appointment i was told they could not. When i asked for the medication i was also denied. The point of the appointment was to get the medication but because they couldnt communicate i was not able to get it. Communicate in the office needs to improve. I would recommend going to another place that communicates. Womankind is much more helpful and on time.

5 /5 j dibsky: I LOVE Dr. Ward. When I first switched to her, she fixed an issue that had been giving me pain for years that my previous doctor kept misdiagnosing. She spends a lot of time with you, and she is extremely knowledgeable and addresses your overall health, not just gynecological. She makes you very comfortable and is easy to talk to. The office staff is great too. Im very grateful to have been referred to Dr. Ward.
