1 /5 Selina: I had a very strange experience at this dental place. I went in for a check-up and filling treatment, and after each visit, I was asked to pay the amount due at the front desk, which seemed normal. However, after my fifth appointment, they gave me bills for previous visits, claiming I still owed money for each one, even though I had already paid. I also have premium insurance, but they always said it didn’t cover certain costs and kept asking me to pay for previous amounts. I was even asked to pay for amounts I had already settled during earlier visits. This experience is unlike any other dental office Ive been to, where you pay the due amount on the day of the visit. It feels like they keep asking for payments repeatedly, and despite paying what seemed like small amounts each time, it adds up to nearly $1,000. Today, they even asked for an additional $200+ for previous balances. Very confusing and frustrating experience.
I’ve never had this kind of experience before; I have no idea what’s going on. With insurance, I expected things to be straightforward, but instead, I feel like I’ve fallen into a trap.
