5 /5 Chelsi May: To start, im 33 and have an incredibly difficult fear of the dentist. Ive had trauma previously and its just really hard for me to cope with, i usually only go for an emergency because i have no other choice. Dr. Rodriguez and her team are wonderful human beings. Professionally as well, clear concise and empathetic. I received top notch care here yesterday. I felt cared for and safe. I cried probably 80% of my visit and there was not one person that didnt console me and help me through it. Fatima from the start gave wonderful customer service over the phone. She took the time to speak with Dr. Rodriguez and explain how traumatized i am, Dr. Rodriguez took time out of her day to call me and have me come in so she can spend time with me and figure out my care plan. Both Dental assistants gave me such great care and consoled me during my hard moments. Ive never felt so comfortable in a dentist in my life. My only regret is not finding them sooner. I look forward to a time where i can see past my fears and i believe Dr. Rodriguez and her team can get me there.
