Natalie Agyemang What can I say about Dr. Forest’s office at fifth Avenue Dental. Let’s start with Dr. Forest. She’s one of the nicest funniest dentist I’ve ever been to. He has a great sense of humor and he’s just an all-around nice person. Now let’s talk about his staff staff is wonderful all of them. They make you feel comfortable and at home while you’re having procedures done. And then there’s Jessica Veron she’s just a wonderful person who even stays in touch with you on weekends and holidays when you’re trying to maneuver your insurance. They only allowed me to give it five stars but if I could, I would give the office 10 stars. They’re all around professionals and just great people in general.

Manchester United Very Disappointed - Unprofessional Pricing Practices I had a terrible experience at this dental office. The pricing is completely unprofessional and inconsistent. They gave me two different prices for the same service. The dentist’s price was actually higher than the periodontist’s, which is the opposite of what you’d expect in most situations where the periodontist’s fees tend to be higher. On top of that, they sold me a toothbrush for $100, which I later found out costs only $40 on Amazon with three replacement heads included. It felt like they were more interested in taking my money than providing honest services. I do not recommend this office if youre looking for transparency and fair pricing. It’s clear that their focus is solely on making you pay more, not on your health or well-being.

Adam Babbitt After 2 years of research and debating back and forth whether or not to have this process done, I decided to go for it. The next step was to decide where and by whom. Again, a few months go by with a lot of research of Doctors, Offices, procedures and timetables, I decided Done in One was the way for me to go. After interviewing DIO and other Offices, DIO did not push for a deposit, did not try to nail down an appointment but rather let me take some time to decide if it was right for me and when it was to be right for me to have the procedure done. This was a major deciding factor for me. Not being pushed to do something that might not be a good fit! I decided to book my appointment for the 1st week of April. I also decided to book the travel package as there was a current special and since I was to be coming from Maine. Everything was done for me! It was incredible! From booked flights to airport pickups and appointments, everything was done and I had to worry about myself and recouping from the surgery! I was extremely comfortable for the surgery and from day one until i left 1 week later, I was never worried about a thing. I cannot say enough about Dr N and Dr L! I cannot say enough about the staff including Erica and Daniel! Nadia was a godsend and made my mouth to look wonderful! I am so happy with the outcome and love smiling now. Thank you to everyone who played a part in making my smile come to reality!

Chelsi May To start, im 33 and have an incredibly difficult fear of the dentist. Ive had trauma previously and its just really hard for me to cope with, i usually only go for an emergency because i have no other choice. Dr. Rodriguez and her team are wonderful human beings. Professionally as well, clear concise and empathetic. I received top notch care here yesterday. I felt cared for and safe. I cried probably 80% of my visit and there was not one person that didnt console me and help me through it. Fatima from the start gave wonderful customer service over the phone. She took the time to speak with Dr. Rodriguez and explain how traumatized i am, Dr. Rodriguez took time out of her day to call me and have me come in so she can spend time with me and figure out my care plan. Both Dental assistants gave me such great care and consoled me during my hard moments. Ive never felt so comfortable in a dentist in my life. My only regret is not finding them sooner. I look forward to a time where i can see past my fears and i believe Dr. Rodriguez and her team can get me there. If you’re looking for real dental care with a provider and a team that is personable and doesn’t rush you in and out like you’re just a number, or if you struggle with the same fear as me, I highly recommend starting here. C C Bloom I I relocated to Boca and was referred to Dr. Rodriguez as my new dentist. That being said, following my initial examination, she informed me that I had five cavities. I was taken aback, as I had not had a cavity in 10 years. As my appointments progressed from the cleaning to the fixing of the said cavities, she informed me that I had two cavities on one side and supposedly five on the other side without new X-rays. I mentioned to her that she had previously told me there were three on that side. Her response was, "I designate everything as a cavity." Moving forward: I scheduled an appointment to fill the cavities and took time off work; she filled two and then had an emergency and asked me to leave. At that point, she informed me that I required a bridge and spoke to me in a dismissive manner, implying that I would be irresponsible if I did not proceed with the bridge. Despite my best efforts to accommodate her schedule, I experienced significant difficulties with this dentist. I was in the chair two more times and she had emergencies and asked me to leave. Again I took off work. So she actually owes me $250. In my opinion, her staff is exceptional, but her own approach to dentistry is overly aggressive and reminiscent of a car salesperson. I would advise others to seek alternative dental care to avoid unnecessary expenses. Following a second opinion, I did not have all those cavities.

Jay I’ll try and make this short and sweet. Dr Etman is amazing and a life saver. My front tooth crown fell out two days before Thanksgiving and of course I was a complete wreck. I called a few dentist offices, saying it was an emergency and nobody would fit me in. Boca dental group was the only place willing to see me so soon. Walking into Boca dental group they could tell I was completely distraught because of my situation, but they were so empathetic and nice to me. They offered me a water. They continually said don’t worry we’re gonna take care of you etc. It made me feel so much better and at ease. They were able to take care of me and put the crown back in. They completely saved me.
