5 /5 Shahedul Islam: Such a serene beautiful spring. The crystal clear water and the boat tour in a sunny summer day is what your looking for. The glass-bottom boat is the champ, kayaking, hiking is also awesome. Very reasonably priced with great food and amenities.

5 /5 Jillian Davis: Beautiful park! We took a glass bottom boat tour and it was such a fun way to tour the water way without getting wet. If we had more time we would have done the paddleboard or kayaks, but overall, such a beautiful, clean park. Our boat captain was great! Very knowledgeable about the Spring and the animals and environment. Definitely recommend.

5 /5 Hannah Sparks: First time coming back in about 15 years and I am SO happy to have visited again. My first time coming was when I was around 6-7 in 1st grade. It is almost exactly as I remember it when I was little. Everyone is so nice and friendly and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Took the 90 minute glass bottom boat tour and what can I say- it was ABSOLUTELY worth it! I am horrible at remembering names, but the Captain for the 1:25-2:55 PM tour on the 20th was truly the best guide there is. She was so kind, answered any questions myself and my fellow passengers had, and even took us up close to look at the manatees! It was an amazing experience and I couldn’t be more happy. Highly recommend this beautiful spring! You will absolutely get your moneys worth.

5 /5 Anna Lollar: Wow! Its been 21 years since my last visit. It did not disappoint to return after so long. The extended tour of the glass bottom boat ride was so peaceful, full of wildlife and picturesque views. The walking trails were equally beautiful. Also, the park is pet friendly, and you can pack a picnic. Dont forget about kayak rentals. Everything was reasonably priced. $2 per person entry into the park. A wonderful daycation!!!

5 /5 Misty Lizarralde: Great morning at Silver Springs! We had Finn so we will go back to experience the glass bottom boats and canoes. The Springs were beautiful, and we saw alligators, birds, and several squirrels! We did walk the Swamp and part of the Sinkhole trails. Great time and perfect for dogs!

Heritage Nature Conservancy - Ocala

Joel Hancock: This quiet little park is easy to miss if you’re just driving by, but it’s a hidden gem. I bring my kid here a few times a month in the evenings to get some fresh air, stretch our legs, and enjoy the wildlife. The park features a small variety of exercise stations and kid-friendly obstacles. Our favorites are the rope pyramid for climbing and the merry-go-round. Though small, the park has a concrete trail that loops around and lets you see everything. Toward the back, there’s a large bat house that’s home to several species of bats. A few times, we’ve been lucky enough to spot owls perched in the trees, likely waiting for the bats to emerge at dusk. Be prepared for some strange smells near the bat house during the summer, but it’s a unique feature you won’t find in most parks. On the opposite side, there’s a beautifully designed man-made creek made of natural stone—it’s definitely worth checking out. The park is always clean, with minimal litter, and there’s usually a park employee around keeping an eye on things. It’s a peaceful, well-kept spot for a casual evening outing with a bit of nature and fun for the kids.

James Parke: There is a lot of kids people exercising, walking, packing, skateboarding every activity you can think of, its definitely a multi-purpose Park. There is also a pavilion for cookouts. Its good luck or call and make a reservation I found out.

Karen Chavez: Went on a Thursday night around 8:30pm. Not much action or people but definitely a cute place to hang out. Lots of restaurants and shops, nice little boardwalk (mostly without guard/hand rails). Lots of parking. Probably very busy on the weekends.

Coffee Owl: This is a very beautiful recreational park. They have a couple of gazebos for parties, lits of benches, wildlife birds, ducks, turtles, and little streams. Its a very chill place to hang out with friends and kids. Im not sure if theres a bathroom. But still check it out.

Jeremy Hall: Our second time visiting in the past month. Great place to take the kids to get out of the house and not melt in the heat. Very clean park with very nice staff. Safe, comfortable and not too expensive. Will definitely be returning

Bradley Rahm: Any time we are on the island, there is always a plan to make it a stop! For 20 years, we have been coming and have loved watching the center get bigger and better year after year. With a great friendly and knowledgeable staff you dont have to worry about asking questions of any kind. Dont skip out on the mangrove walk. The trails are raised and clear. The wildlife is absolutely amazing. Just watch out for the stray spiderweb if you go first thing in the morning.
