To Mr. Paul Hayes, I checked back through all of my messages as far back as February 2013, and I see no messages from you or anyone else requesting a wedding makeup makeover. First, I do not have voice mail on my studio phone, so you could not have left a voice mail. And I can prove that I respond to all of my Facebook messages. Furthermore, I only provide services for wedding makeovers for my Studio customers and their family members, that is my privilege as a franchise owner. Also, March 6th, the day that you rode by, I was at a pre-op appointment for surgery the next day. And to Ms. Denise Clark, I remember this day very well. I had a customer with a 10:30 appointment for a facial followed by a Birthday lunch date. You asked me to help you with a new foundation and I explained to you that I didn’t have time right then to stop and stripe you for a new foundation, and I asked you to come back in about 30-45 mins. My customer who had the appt and who I was performing the facial on, in my opinion, takes precedence over someone who just walks in and expects me to stop what I’m doing, because they’re from out of town. I reserve the right and only think it was fair to continue giving service to my customer with the appointment.
