grace alvarez Its not about cut and dye hair. Its about to know the product, the hair, and what everything does. This is a keratine treatment done on a 14 years old girl with allergies. This was safe for her, no smell, no hazard chemicals, no odor at all. Final result? She has straight hair and doesnt get curly after wetting her hair. Also she have the volume of hair of 4 to 6 normal women.

It’s amazing how your whole perspective of how you look can make such a dramatic change with lashes. Im even wearing less make– up. It’s definitely a confidence builder. I had a full set done and they not only looked great but also they were so nicely done that I had them for almost a month . They have lasted far longer than any other extensions Ive ever had. She is great with designs and never tells you she cant do something! I just show her a picture of what I want and she gets it done!

Courtney Hawley The lash artist Laura London did my lashes they all fell out in half a week when I told her they never got fixed and blamed me when any decent person would just said they couldnt do them and not take my money for a product that wouldnt last. Shes tottally unprofessional and rude arrived late to the appointment I would never go to her again esp with how she treats and talks to her clients.

MGM New to the area, was my first visit to Hair Cuttery. Pam was great, exceeded my hopes. Pam listened and understood the type of haircut I was seeking, and did excellent work (on someone with damaged hair/skin). Pam is very nice, friendly, and personable. I highly recommend Pam!

David Wheeler Wendy did a good job. My appointment was 12:15 and she was about 10 minutes late ,lunch break,. Very nice lady and good cut. Cost is now $26 for a mens cut. Just a couple of years ago it was under $15.

Heidi Peterson i took a chance for my first cut at this salon and after checking the most recent reviews, chose Wendy as my stylist. She was great! She took time to get to know how I liked my hair cut, and was patient to work with me. it was refreshing to have a seasoned stylist at a franchise salon who knows hair and is willing to work with the client. I will be back.

Liz Scott I Wish they have a zero stars, I was just there 2 of the hair dresser saw me at the lobby area no one even said hello! I wait for 15 minutes after they both saw me the blonde lady and the afroamericana hair dressers! So disappointed! Funny fact I called them one hour before and they told me to come! Lol they just ignoring me I think was because I was dressing super casual and they think the I can’t afford the services! After both looking at me from toe to head! So bad! The level of discrimination in this location is complete unbelievable! Please don’t come to this place they are many other places where ppl appreciate the customers!

Janae S Julia is a rockstar! I just moved to Fort Myers and have been looking for a new stylist. I am an EXTREMELY difficult client. I have very fine and brittle hair, and Julia did a wonderful job on my color and cut while maintaining the integrity of my hair. SO pleased I found my new salon! :)

Yasar Aktas I booked an appointment at 4:30 with Lorenay. She was nice, but I was frustrated to find out she had another client at the same time. I can’t stand when stylists double-book—it makes the experience feel rushed and unprofessional. My haircut lasted about 12 minutes, and someone else washed my hair. I even asked for a blow-dry, but it felt like an inconvenience rather than a standard part of the service. When I got home and took off my shirt, I realized my entire head area was still covered in hair—clearly, no effort was made to clean me up properly. What really annoyed me was when Lorenay told another stylist, “Ask him if he wants any product, and he’s good to go.” That felt dismissive, like I was just being pushed out the door. A good haircut is priceless, but customer service matters just as much. I heard from a coworker that this place was one of the best, but based on my experience, I strongly disagree. I won’t be coming back.

Diamond Sigurani I booked a wash, trim, and hot tool style with Lorenay a week in advance and was quoted for $85. While the cut was nice, she rushed me out after the blowout, saying there wasn’t time to curl it. An assistant eventually stepped in, but it took her over 40 minutes to curl my hair, making me late, and I was charged extra for my “thick long hair”. No one apologized for the delay or the booking mistake. Though I tipped both ladies and appreciated their efforts, I left disappointed with the experience and the final result.

Elizabeth Giannone Emily is fantastic, she knows what she is doing and pays attention to detail. The staff is super friendly and I really enjoyed my time here. Very relaxing, well worth it!

Becky Sterling Hiring Jamie to handle hair & makeup on my wedding day was a no-brainer. Jamie listened and looked at all the inspiration photos I had saved for how I wanted my hair & makeup to look that day and she overdelivered! Leaving my hair and makeup trial, I had never felt more beautiful and was so excited to have her be there for the biggest day of my life. Jamie was on time and made sure that we all felt comfortable. She even asked each girl how they typically wear their makeup, ensuring that everyone felt beautiful in their own skin, and boy did she deliver. One of my bridesmaids has hair that we joke is impossible to curl – her hair had perfect beach waves from 10am until long after the night ended.

Holly Hamilton JLC is a high quality and experienced provider of makeup and hair for weddings! I used them recently for my Sanibel beach wedding and I was highly satisfied. Cindy styled myself and 4 other ladies in my wedding party with hair and makeup. She was so nice and also very talented with both hair and makeup. She created a gorgeous braid for me and my hair has never looked so good with the curls that she did. The makeup was flawless. She also worked with me initially with a couple ideas during my trial. She also was able to take all of our ideas and inspiration photos and turn us into real life beauties! Highly recommend working with JLC for your wedding or other event!

Kristine Bonham Jamie and her crew were fantastic from start to finish. I had an amazing trial run with Damari, she is so talented! The day of the wedding her and an assistant styled myself, 5 bridesmaids, my mother, my mother in law, personal attendant, and one flower girl. Everyone looked incredible and the timing was perfect. Everyone kept saying I looked like a movie star, and I truly felt that way... they listened to our vision and what we wanted and used their superb talent to execute. We have been following Leslie and Chris on their channel for quite some time, and our experience truly exceeded all expectations. The highlight of our visit was meeting one of the owners, Leslie. She went above and beyond to accommodate us, taking the time to answer all of our questions with great patience and care. sreyes 0219 Even though I never been there, I watched some of Chris videos on YouTube and I found them very helpful. My hair type is 2b wavy, and can easily have beautiful big voluminous curls…at the hair salon. After I watched the “How to Get Curls to Last For Days” video, I convinced myself to grab my old, barely used curly iron, I removed the clip to be able to use it as a wand, and it’s still hard for me to believe how easy it was! I finally was able to make beautiful big curls! And the best part is that I spent less time and effort now than when I was trying other methods and failed. Thank you Chris for helping me achieved this hair style milestone!

Will Hutcherson My stylist Brock Epperson is top notch! He is passionate about the art of hair styling and puts his effort in every time. Many of my friends, guys and ladies, go to Brock and have the same feedback. Quality service and great environment. As for the other stylists, Im not sure since every salon suite is owned / operated by individual stylists, so quality may vary.

Kylie Jorgensen Needed a whole new hair style, and went in l, and I always get nervous getting random stylists. But I got put with Joy, and I tell you what, she was fantastic, and she has so many years of experience, and is a “Joy” you be around!!! Would recommend her for your hair cut needs!! ❤️❤️❤️
