Irene has been a constant figure in my hair journey since I was about six years old. Sara just did my hair for the first time and wow! Who knew hair could be manageable?! She is stellar and so easy to get along with. I will definitely be back and actually keeping up with maintenance for once.

5 /5 Gabrielle Pogge: I love this salon. Its bright, clean, staff are friendly, and I enjoy checking out the local artwork theyve hosted. Sara has been working on my hair for about 4 years and has taken me through MANY varieties of short cuts. I like to change it up frequently but dont always know what want. Sometimes I bring a couple of pictures to give her an idea about what Im looking for and others I just let her run with it! She has a great sense for whats going to look good on me and what fits for my style. Weve also played with some fun colors--I particularly loved the purple she helped me choose. A couple of years ago she helped me decide on and test a style for a wedding and took some detailed pictures to help the on-site stylist re-create it (which worked out fabulously!). She also did a Grinch look for me for a Christmas party one year and it was exactly what I was looking for. In short, Sara is easy to work with, fun to chat with, and delivers results youll love!

5 /5 Beverly Varshovi: Sabrina Johns is absolutely the best! She is extraordinarily skilled in color and cut, knowledgeable in outcomes and is a warm and comfortable person to spend time with. She is excrptional with red coloring. I had many botched jobs before I found her and now my red is extremely close to my natural color. Thats hard to do. I have never seen a color or cut leave her chair that did not look terrific! Plus, her work space is private, peaceful and relaxing. Many times you will find her working with a newer stylist, Jackie. They are both charming, fun and skilled.

5 /5 Jessica Perez: Kate did an AMAZING job fixing my mess of a head of hair! She really took time to explain everything and how we can get my hair to the goal I have wanted for a long time but have never achieved. She had the knowledge and skills to fix my super harsh low lights and bring the entire look together. I can’t wait to see how much more gorgeous it gets over our next appointments. It is hard to style and color super long hair but she did such a great job! My hair has never looked or felt better! ❤️ her so much!!!

Profero Hair Studio - Gainesville Cee Spurgeon: Very cool little place for hair, nails, and everything in between. Gigi is an excellent hair guru. She fixed my burned out blonde hair for a more natural and healthier look!

Attractions Salon - Gainesville Kizzy K: Been a client for over a year and have gotten sew-in with closure and silk press services done by Brandi. Love her work, professionalism and warm personality. Her expertise keeps me a return customer. She is not only masterful in her styling but she also takes great care in the health of your hair. She is timely and is a very good communicator. I highly recommend her to anyone who asks. She accepts cash or credit.

Roots Studio Salon - Gainesville Lindsey Field: Ive been getting my hair done on the regular by Danielle for over a year now - and she is AMAZING! I absolutely look forward to sitting in her chair every 6 weeks! Since seeing Danielle, Ive found its easier to care for my hair, I "do" my hair way more often (quite something for this busy mom of three!), and my hair is super healthy. She is so friendly and down to earth - really easy to talk to (which is so important for an introvert like me!) and the atmosphere she creates is just so inviting and relaxing. And she always does a superb job with my curly hair. I highly highly recommend Danielle, you and your hair will not be disappointed!

Superior Styles - Gainesville Millie Bordas: Andrea is a hair wizard, hands down. She was great to work with and really knows her craft. I received a color correction with lightening and toning services, going from old red and teal colors to platinum blonde with black color underneath. She was able to do what no stylist I’ve seen has done before and completely transformed my hair.

Cuts - Gainesville Jennifer Benchic: Great! She cut my hair exactly how I wanted and my sons as well. We both have difficult hair that can easily show blunt cuts but this was not the case here I can’t remember her name but she was at the first chair on the right when you walk in! She knows what she’s doing!

Higher Standards - Alachua Mamie McGill: I am glad to have chosen Higher Standards Hair Salon. Mrs. Letha Miller is wonderful in styling and helping with the right products for your hair. I have been wearing wigs for 20 years due to hair loss and I love how she style my natural hair.
