The salon itself is always clean and welcoming, and the customer service is top-notch. They’re incredibly responsive, always answer the phone, and do their best to fit me in, even on short notice. I always leave feeling taken care of and looking my best. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality service and a great experience!

Paulinas Beauty Salon - Hollywood Tae Tael: I’ve been going to Pauline’s for years. I have very coarse hair and the hair stylist are able to blow dry and straighten my hair to perfection. Not to mention the service is always excellent. Pauline and her staff are very welcoming and caring.

But from the moment I met Anastasia, all of that started to fade. She was warm, kind, and incredibly reassuring. She walked me through every step, answered all my questions without making me feel silly, and made the whole experience feel safe and empowering. She did an amazing job—the results already speak for themselves!! I’m so glad I went through with it, and I highly recommend Anastasia to anyone thinking about microneedling, especially if it’s your first time. She’s the best!!
