yadira laguardia I didnt feel welcoming. I was walking by and went in to ask if I needed an appointment. One of the ladies told me very sarcastic (of course you do need an appointment because if we all are busy how are we going to do your nail). Firstable there is no need to answer like that. She could it answered in a better way. I asked because some place accpet walk ins. They need to be more profesional.

Lia Camila I would not recommend this place. I walked in but decided to leave without getting my nails done due to the unprofessional and rude behavior I experienced from the staff. The level of disrespect was unacceptable. I strongly suggest that the manager address this issue and work with the employees on maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers. Thankfully, I visited another salon in the same shopping center and received excellent service there instead.

A Martin I’ve always come here and today will be the last day. The new staff is extremely rude and have no manners. I walked in asked if they had space for my daughter to just regular nail polish paint and no one had the decency to look up and say no sorry we don’t they just completely ignored me ! Made my daughter feel so bad ! Disgusting attitude! A client realized the complete rudeness of these women and answered for them. I will never refer this place to anyone ever again.

Priscilla C. Horrible. La duena es super ruda. Me gustaba el servico antes pero no se que le paso que estaba bien grocera. No se lo recomiendo a nadie. Horrible. This service was so bad I felt like I had to translate in both English and Spanish. The owner was so rude almost like a bully and not in a joking way. She made multiple nasty comments about my hair falling out loud almost to embarrass me? I have never experienced something like that. I hope nobody has to go through that especially if you have any insecurities. When I tried to tip her (which I now strongly regret) she would not even look my way. I have never felt so disrespected while paying for a service I am absolutely confused lol

Cesar The owner herself shaved the hair around my temple deeply to purposefully create an allusion of balding. I ask to just cut the tips but she takes 2 inches off. Cut my hair all the same length nope she gives me layers because I am a man and dont know better, her words but in Spanish. I guess she did not like me personally but due to her actions I had to just stop going to the salon and grow out my hair fresh over the following years which was Feb. 2020 threw today 7/12/22. My hair has fully recovered from this salon so I am looking for a new one. My mother never cut her hair just the tips so once she passed I took up the tradition hence why a couple of years later and I am still angry about it. Im sad her business survived covid. Good luck if you visit this place. I recommend you dont.

Oly Portales This is the 3rd time I have visited this beautiful salon. Yesterday my son told me, Mom, they fixed you up very nicely, I would say its one of the best where youve gotten ready. There are also barbers who have been able to see the modern work in young and not so young people, it is also amazing to see the warm and silent atmosphere, you feel in total peace and relaxation, I recommend this place where I assure you you will feel treated with respect and time and Not as it is usual to see salons that, rather than providing quality, focus on quantity, making us feel that we are the raw material of a factory. I noticed the changes the last few days and decided to give them a try. I have to say that my experience was extremely satisfying, the place is very clean and the nail technician was kind and very professional. Nathalie gonzalez Let me start by saying I should have spoken up. So I set an appointment at 1 to have my hair done (highlights) I came in and had to wait. I don’t mind waiting a bit I don’t. But from the moment I walked in to the moment I left it was a total of 4 hrs. I couldn’t just walk out cause she would do some of my hair and have me wait to do someone else’s hair. Well she basically rushed through my hair that she even used a CAP to do my hair instead of foil! I found that disrespectful. All so she can finish faster because she was behind. Again I should have said something but I was just so dam upset by then that if I speak I would have blown up. I was rushed on and still took 4 hrs. That’s how much I waited for anything. In the end of the day I paid $110 for orange highlights (because they didn’t even process properly) they look horrible and because she used a cap the highlights in the front look bulky because of the cap. You can’t do highlights accurately like that. And I still had the decency to tip her $10. She’s the owner I believe. They weren’t mean people but they need to understand that they need to treat their clients hair better and not rush anything because they can’t manage time. I will never return again and I suggest you think about ever going there.

Daniï Renz Very unprofessional and rude. I told emely, the lady that was attending to cut my hair in layers and the first thing she told me was don’t cry later. That should’ve been a red flag for me, but I thought she was joking. Initially, I told her I wanted to layers and she wanted a reference picture which I provided her with. She did not cut my hair to the length that I wanted. She practically left me bald. She was very rude and unprofessional when I told her that she did not give me the service that I wanted. I was even nice enough to tip her. Take it as a warning do not go here they will botch you.
