5 /5 Malice: Quaint spot on Oak Street. Multiple salon artists can work here. They have small little rentals. Theyre cute. My artists name was Tabitha. She was amazing. Very talkative which is nice. She told my friend and I about products we could use for our hair for health, vitality, and growth. She did my hair just like the photo I showed her and it came out great. She said I had an oval face so the haircut accentuated it. She used a heat protectant before blowdrying and straightening my hair. She also did an amazing job on my friends hair. Hes never straightened it before and it looked completely different when she finished. Ive never seen his hair look so nice in the 13 years Ive known him. She took six inches off his hair too since he had so much breakage. Would definitely come back

When we first moved to Jacksonville it was hard to find a professional hair dresser that actually knew how to handle hair and property process, style and cut it. You never leave her salon with a wet hair. She walkways washes and dries and styles your heart without charging exorbitant prices. I am not a natural blonde, I am a brunette and I go every couple of months for a highlight. I tend to change the tones of my blonde depending on the season (I attached different pictures from different times I’ve visited). She always gets my hair and knows what I want. She understands and performs highly effective layering which maximizes the fullness of the hair and the hair after her cuts seems to lay perfect wash after wash. Moreover, she understands the effects of the salt air and humidity on ones hair and is able to enhance the natural wave of the hair in spite of the elements. Carissa is a must see hair professional. Her entire staff is excellent. Her product line is from Italy and is incredibly gentle and effective for all hair types.
