I’ve only been with them a few months, but on occasion when I have needed something, they are right there ready to help! Communication is phenomenal, the building is always clean and fresh, and my clients love the suite! Rent is comparable to other suite rental companies, but Sola sets themselves apart with their attention to detail, cleanliness, and upkeep of all the public areas. Awesome company with even better management!

They are always there to help. Sola is the most encouraging studio owners, they always repost my social media posts, check in on me whenever they see me in my studio, and more. They celebrate all of your successes, for our one year anniversary they gave us Bundt cakes and balloons. I would 10000% recommend sola to absolutely anyone looking to go independent. I love being able to customize my studio to match my aesthetic AND my needs!
