She was very thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable enough to have an open and honest conversation without judgment. I was nervous going in, but she quickly reassured me with her professionalism and care. The front desk staff is also amazing—friendly and welcoming, which made the entire experience even better. I received my results quickly, allowing me to adjust my diet right away, and I truly appreciate having a doctor who genuinely cares about my health. I’ve always been nervous about doctors, but Dr. Cepin reminded me that great doctors are out there. A big thank you to her, the entire team, and especially Daniel (the Cuban one) and the front desk for their kindness and support!

5 /5 Katy H: Absolutely love this facility. The staff is amazing, Dr Cepin is the most caring and understanding primary care doctor ever, and the entire team is great. I can always get ahold of the office and they’re always ready to help. I’d also like to give special recognition to Doris, whatever you’re paying her, she deserves so much more. And that’s the biggest compliment I could give. I’m not easy to get blood from and she makes it look like a walk in the park. Keep her forever please!

Doctor Vicioso are amazing and professional doctor. Daniel the assistant are kind he listens to his patients he love to greet his patient with his warm smile. Leung Healthcare Hollywood, Inc. - Hollywood Alessandra Radhe: I have just been to this center three times. The ladies at the front desk are very nice. Doctor Bouloute and the medical assistant are helpful and prepared. So far I am satisfied with the service I get. My only complaints, like other patients commented, waiting time are long. More than one hour after the time of my appointment Im stoll waiting. The place is old and dusty. I can see someone cleans the floors and toilet bowl, but everything else is really neglected, starting with the windows, toilet paper holder, the handbar by the toilet, the doors, walls, everything needs a good cleaning and or TLC and renewal.

Memorial Medical Office Centre - Hollywood Mabel Flores: I had the pleasure of visiting with Dr. Evana Valenzuela Scheker and her staff at the division of Endocrine Surgery. From scheduling the appt to the office visit, it was by far the best experience I have had. I came to her for a second opinion on what could possibly be a scary situation for me as I am recovering cancer patient. Knowing my history she took the time to explain things in great detail so that I can have the peace of mind I so desperately needed. I had arrived late for my appointment and she and her staff waited! Imagine how often that happens! Astonishing! Normally it’s the other way around. Despite the fact the I was late her staff welcomed me with a wonderful smile and took me in right away. Everyone from the front staff to her medical assistant to her PA, just a lovely group of empathetic women. Going to the doctor with concerns can be scary especially if you have a history, cancer stays with you. The trauma of it all never goes away. So the one thing you want from a visit with a doctor is someone who cares and understands! I highly recommend Dr. Valenzuela Scheker, she is truly a wonderful doctor and you can genuinely tell that she really cares about her patients.

South Florida Rheumatology - Hollywood - Hollywood Laura Lerman: I was seen by Dr. Lea Meir. She is excellent! She was thorough, explained things in a simple manner so that I could understand. She has an awesome bedside manner. Dr. Meir entered the examination room as soon as the nurse finished taking my vitals. I was in and out in less than an hour. She suggested a diet, a treatment, exercises and even a book for me to read on how to eat better. Thank you Dr. Meir. You are awesome!

Childrens Medical Center - Sheridan Street - Hollywood Olena Morozova: I am not sure why this place has such a low reviews But this office is just amazing, starting from the phone call that is always answered, to a front desk helpful and professional, to a super friendly office stuff I go see DR Carol and I like her from the begging, super knowledgeable all test you can get in the office and know all the results I am not even mentioning the wait time here close to 0 What a difference between them and the most terrible place Paediatric associate Where the wait is at least 2 hours they don’t care about your kids it’s like a conveyor machine

Primary Medical Physicians - Taft - Hollywood Jesus Urquiza: Dr. Castellanos and his assistant are GREAT! They exclusively dedicate themselves to you and your concerns during your appointment. He is patient, very smart, and a very good Doctor. My wife and I are really happy that he is our primary Doctor. I will never change him for another Doctor. Thank you.

Memorial Hospital Miramar - Miramar Mariolis Hernandez: My pre op experience was excellent with the staff specifically the nurse i had before going into surgery on 3/28/25. Stephanie was sweet, kind and very comprehensive, she helped with any questions or concern and helped me stayed calm. Gave me peace because i was very nervous . I recommend this hospital 100%. Very clean.also the nurse i had when i was admitted for a night on the 4th floor. I dont have any complaints, everyone are very professional and kind.the service was outstanding. Thanks also to my doctor, dr Marcela Torres and Kristina that both did an amazing job with me.
