5 /5 Olena Morozova: I am not sure why this place has such a low reviews But this office is just amazing, starting from the phone call that is always answered, to a front desk helpful and professional, to a super friendly office stuff I go see DR Carol and I like her from the begging, super knowledgeable all test you can get in the office and know all the results I am not even mentioning the wait time here close to 0 What a difference between them and the most terrible place Paediatric associate Where the wait is at least 2 hours they don’t care about your kids it’s like a conveyor machine

3 /5 MakeUp Fanatic: While I like doctor Cyrlak, whom I was referred to by a friend, as per usual billing always becomes an issue and why I hate going to the doctor at all. One day I will have a heart attack having to deal with the nimrods in billing. Although I pay self pay received a bill from a visit 7 months ago. Apparently because we saw the other doctor she charges more. I was told it was $35 more because she wrote a prescription. Although Cyrlak never charged me for writing a prescription. So I will only see Cyrlak if I keep taking my daughter to this practice. Hopefully now that I’m going to force my daughter to take vitamins daily to prevent getting sick (even though she only gets sick once every couple of years). It should be a standard office visit for self pay throughout the practice. And not extra charges when the doctor doesn’t perform tests or do bloodwork. I’m already paying way more for this office that I did at my prior pediatrician for self pay throughout we had to leave the other practice due to their requirements.

1 /5 Chelsea Hafeez: We used this office for years and over those years the service has done nothing but DECLINE! We had several issues in the last few visits, daughter got a flu vaccine and then the next day couldn’t walk, when I called to have her evaluated they refused to see her and sent us to the ER, the ER said it was a reaction to the vaccine and that she should never have it again, the ER then proceeded to tell me that the office could have made this evaluation had they not refused to see us, she had no other symptoms and it was ruled as transient synositis (inflammation of the hip joint). So instead of paying my copay I was forced to spent 5 times that for an ER visit! Next recent issue was that I requested full medical records as we were moving, they provided me with the records only for us to find out it was only the school shot records and we needed the FULL records over the years. I called back and was ridiculed by whoever handled that I only asked for the school records, WRONG! I know what I asked for! She then gave me more attitude, said she will print them and I can come get them, then proceeded to hang up on me. When I picked up the records, I FINALLY did indeed get the right records but attached to the last pages was SOMEONE ELSES SHOT RECORDS and URINE ANALYSIS! Total HIPPA VIOLATION! Now I’m receiving a bill for our last visit and we no longer live in the state and I cant get MARIA IN BILLING to call back! This office system across the board has become a totally incompetent staff, we loved the doctors and never had an issue making an appointment as others have stated but they need to open their eyes to the way their staff treats parents and the manner in which things are handled! I am so glad we moved and the new doctors where were at have shown us how an office should operate, with kindness and patience!

1 /5 A B: I had a very disappointing experience with the billing department. My bill contained several errors that I had to follow up on multiple times, but I received inconsistent information each time. Maria lacks education when it comes to working in the billing department billing insurance companies who my children are no longer enrolled in. Refuses to pick up the phone to ask questions regarding insurance but instead mails a statement every month, you also can’t get a hold of her manager which is terrible when you are dealing with someone who is incompetent. It would be helpful if the department could improve their communication and ensure accuracy in billing statements. I hope my experience can lead to improvements for future patients. Serious education needs to happen with Maria or constant problems from the billing department will continue. Customer service should be number one.

Very clean.also the nurse i had when i was admitted for a night on the 4th floor. I dont have any complaints, everyone are very professional and kind.the service was outstanding. Thanks also to my doctor, dr Marcela Torres and Kristina that both did an amazing job with me.

No need to tell that the staff in this facility are great. For my very first visit I felt like home and whenever I go for appointments or call for a specific reason, my care specialist is always available to talk to me and the time I do spend with them is a lengthy conversation always about what is best for me. I have recommended many of my friends to the services at common health and they are happy as I am. Some of the Doctors have retired but nothing had changed in the quality of the services provided. I am known by name and treated as a family. I am not sure how I came to them but they do definitely deliver.

South Florida ENT Associates Hollywood - Hollywood Rashida Lawrence: They skip patients and take patients that aren’t scheduled before you! My appointment time was 20 mins ago. I still have 4 ppl waiting ahead of me and they’ve already taken 2 ppl who were not before me. I’ve actually been to this office several times and this has never happened. But my usual provider isn’t here so I guess it’s a free for all.
