4 /5 Elsie Martinez: As a missionary and church secretary in a church council for over 30+years in an old school Pentecostal movement, I move to this state and I began searching for a church. I could say that the Pastor at this church is undoubtedly a true man of God. His preaching is powerful, deeply rooted in Scripture, and filled with the spirit of God and wisdom that resonates with the heart. A true man of God.
Unfortunately the sense of true connection and community feels absent to me personally. I dont know if its a cultural thing or the lack of personal interaction. It’s hard to truly thrive spiritually when you don’t feel that sense of inclusive belonging and fellowship within the church family.
I truly have the upmost respect for the pastor and leadership. I pray that the church continues to work on fostering a more inclusive, loving, and welcoming community where everyone, regardless of background, feels seen and valued.
