1 /5 Rashida Lawrence: They skip patients and take patients that aren’t scheduled before you! My appointment time was 20 mins ago. I still have 4 ppl waiting ahead of me and they’ve already taken 2 ppl who were not before me. I’ve actually been to this office several times and this has never happened. But my usual provider isn’t here so I guess it’s a free for all.

1 /5 Sophya Castillo: UPDATED: Almost two weeks since I went to this clinic and they never sent my prescription to my pharmacy. I had a terrible experience at this clinic. I had an appointment last Thursday at 3:15 PM and arrived five minutes early. Despite this, I ended up waiting over two hours in pain. I repeatedly asked the nurses how much longer it would take, but all they told me was that the doctor was taking her time with other patients. When the doctor finally saw me at 5:00 PM, the consultation felt rushed. she only spent about five minutes with me. At first, she misdiagnosed my issue as wisdom teeth coming in, even though I had them removed four years ago. Then she changed her diagnosis to a jaw problem. She prescribed me medication, but when I checked with my pharmacy the next day, they had not received the prescription. I had to call the office again, only to be told that they were "busy" and given excuses. Now its Saturday and I still don’t have my prescription. They want me to come back next Thursday, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. If youre in pain and need timely, competent care, this is NOT the place to go.

5 /5 Chuck Hauser: I went in for testing for swallowing & choking with my food. The person in charge was Natalia who was wonderful. There were 3 other people in the room watching the testing being done. It was a pleasant experience. I am looking forward to my follow-up.

1 /5 Thomas Michalak: You made an 11:30 am appointment with me and it is now 1 pm and I’m still waiting for this doctor. You have reached the “I’m going to walk out time limit”. I understand that Dr. Hesse is a Board Certified ENT and head and neck surgeon but if she isn’t the only one; you need to manage your practice better. Period. Either way, I will not be back. Just no thank you. Together with travel that’s a three hour waste of my time. Not to mention the fact that I could hear the doctor in the other room saying well “today I’m in a good mood.” Well doctor that’s great. Guess who’s not in a good mood now, ME.

1 /5 James Bond: Yesterday was my 1s visit, I have ear pain and can’t sleep, doctor Sukenik was professional and polite but this means nothing if you can’t get your medication because of terrible STAFF , yesterday spent 3 hours in the pharmacy where they were supposed to send prescription ,was waiting until pharmacy closed , pharmacy NEVER received it ,I had another terrible sleep night. In the morning I called ENT associates office and the said it didn’t come through!!! So the resend it now it’s 1pm order didn’t come through, I called them again they said someone will call me , still waiting with pain … Its disaster. That girl who were supposed to send prescription I think Medical assistant , she didn’t do anything at all she just left home . Not helpful more like teenager with attitude. This is new 3rd world country medical care service now available in the USA .

Mental change is generated from a good diet. I was taken out of the hospital for bringing protein to my son, and the security guards treat us, families and patients, like criminals. My dad was there and everyone was amazing, from the doctor who referred him (Dr. José Guzmán), doctors that performed the surgery and staff that took care of him in the ICU and recovery area. Nurses Rick, Claribel in ICU, Angela physical therapy, Dr. Rick physical therapy, Julia Manager nurse in recovery, she was great. Nurse Chris. To many names to name. Everything, everyone was great. The class they teach to take care of you love one at home. Awesome!

Larkin Community Hospital Behavioral Health Services - Hollywood Sara Garcia: If you love your family member, dont bring them here! My son is there right now, its frustrating to watch from the time you get to the front desk until someone brings you up. The nurses do their shift change during visiting hours, so if you get there 20 minutes before the end of the hour, you wont be able to get in because theyre busy with their shift change. If you call to check on your family member, they dont answer the phone. In 2 hours Ive left 7 unanswered messages. They say theyre a detox center and when I get through on the phone, they dont have a solution for marijuana or cocaine. I dont trust their labs and no matter how much help you need to find out about your family member, youre not going to get it. We need better places to help those in need, better supervisors to see whats really going on.

PHYSICIANS OF HOLLYWOOD - Hollywood George Darna: The experience of very poor service as a professional in the medical field, no people service, arrogance, dominate, controlling guy hater Carla the manager, is an imbecile in the field. She should be cleaning toilets. She’s a bad human being, very arrogant and ignorant person. My wife had a bad experience as well with her when we went two years ago. I had a bad experience now with her attitude and she’s a racist. Carla mention very horrible derogatory information of the prescription that my wife needed because she said that it was bad for her because of her race, my wife and I are professionals in the medical field. Dr. Vila M.D. that is no longer there is an outstanding doctor and that’s why we went to that practice many of times for her service of excellence. JC the receptionist has excellence people skills. I am so sorry to inform everybody that this is not the place for medical treatment to be treated in humanly. Carla has no tactful mannerism for the human race, especially being in the medical field. I recommend DO NOT go there. Carla the manager told me find yourself another.doctor. Her ego level is too big and she throws away business. She’s ruining the practice. My wife and I will not go there again. I’m not going to recommend anybody to go there. I wish you all the luck and I hope you can read this lengthy explanation of the experience that I had, which was extremely deplorable.

Brett Cohen, MD - Hollywood Tiah Robinson: Dr. Cohen will my surgeon for my surgery and I feel so at ease. The process can be overwhelming but his staff made me feel comfortable and excited about the surgery. They were so patient with me and all my questions and MyChart messages regarding my leave paperwork and my moms caregiver leave paperwork who lives and works in another state. They were always very quick to respond and did everything they could to make sure things were processed quickly. I want to especially thank Kassandra B. as she was super supportive and helped me with all the paperwork until everything was approved. Much thanks to Dr. Cohen and his staff! Excited for this journey to better health. :)

Pediatric Associates Hollywood - Hollywood Brandon Tarrant: I arrived at 1:56 for a 2:15 appointment. It’s currently 3:57, it’s been 2 hours, and I’m still waiting. Why was I scheduled a 2:15 appointment, I’m not sure, and with a 5 month old baby at that. This place has no respect for me or my daughter’s time. My wife said when she bought our daughter the last time, it took almost two hours too. Looking for a new pediatrician as I wait in here. I wouldn’t choose this doctor’s office. Update: left at 4:34. Spent a total of 2 hours, 38 minutes here. Ridiculous.

Soffer Health Institute - Hollywood Liana “Elle”: I was referred to this facility by way of my new insurance plan. My PCP is very professional and intelligent. Takes time to answer any questions I might have. It is a nice clean facility! Located on the first floor of the building. There is a parking lot so you don’t have to pay! They accept walk-ins if you don’t have an appointment. The check in is simple and sometimes there is a backup line. Like any successful business they are going to be busy. Spanish is one of the two languages I heard spoken. I like this place in lieu of visiting a Hospital setting. It is nice and bright inside and there is a coffee machine to brew your first or second cup of the day!
