Michelle Taylor: Not a fan..... They are too expensive. It goes from a reasonable $35 regular pedicure to $55 deluxe. Im used to an in-between price. They cut my big toe and it was bleeding. They cut my sons toe nails too short and then tried to file them but filed the skin down on two toes. They burnt me with hot rocks. He did apologize several times. Also, my toes have paint on the skin. Not a pleasant experience and wont be going back....
Mandy Samhammer: Custom Service is top notch! I placed an order about 7am on day. By 10:30ish am I received a text message letting me know that the product I ordered might be little different color than expected. They wanted to know if I still wanted the product, if I would like to switch it out or if I would like a refund. I was so amazed and the speed and precision this company has. And it’s Christmas Eve Eve when this happened. I will continue to give my business to this company first for years to come. So impressed.
M Smith: I have been going here off and on for a very long time. They are wonderful people with a variety of skills. Yes sometimes youll get someone who isnt the best but sometimes you get a amazing job done but the same anywhere you go! I love going to them and will continue to do so!
Megan Maher: Today was my first visit and I was SO impressed. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I got a basic gel manicure and a Volcano pedicure, both were done by Sarina. She was thorough and took her time which I really appreciated since I dont get to get my nails done too often. She made me feel very comfortable. Also, the entire place was super clean! This will be my new nail salon for sure!

Andrea Nilsen: A Hidden Gem!
I recently discovered this charming salon thanks to a coworker, and Im thrilled I did. After loyally going to the same nail place for over 8 years, I was hesitant to make a switch, but I couldnt be happier with my decision. Yailin did an absolutely amazing job on my nails—she was gentle, patient, and truly talented. I showed her a picture of the design I wanted, and she nailed it (pun intended)!
The salon itself is adorable, with a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. While its on the higher end of the cost spectrum, it is totally worth it. I am so excited to have found my new go-to nail place!
Rachel Brooker: I came here two weeks ago and didn’t really have the best experience and left with nails I didn’t really like. I made another appointment and was put with Kimchi this time and she did amazing! She took her time and my nails came out looking exactly like the reference photo I brought in. I will definitely be back, thank you Kimchi!
Cox Hayley (Apex is Bae): Ive tried several nail salons in the area and this is by far my favorite. Mallory does a fantastic job with my nails and is super meticulous to make sure I get what I want. Im really rough of my nails and she goes out of her way to make sure theyll last!
The online booking is fantastic and the interior is super clean and nice.
