Shay Wilson I wish I could give this place no stars!!! They guy did my nails and I showed the picture of what I wanted , I said no pink.. well he laid the acrylic and I thought he had a plan . Nope pink color , he doesn’t do designs. He looked me dead in the face and said my nails were not pink!!!!! Picture listed for reference . Kim couldn’t do the design and it was simple. I have a nail tech but settled her because my sister wanted to get her lashes done. Shape is horrible , flooded my cuticle, no people skills . I will never be back for nails !!!!

Alicia Thomas I dont get my nails done there because they dont do a good job. Only get lashes but lately one eye looks more fuller than the other and every time I pay its a different price when I get the same the thing every time! Will be finding me a new lash place asap!

Jessica It gets packed on Friday and Saturday. I usually try to go early morning thats the best time. I get my eyelash and eyebrows waxed. The building is very nice, clean, spacious. Only wish the parking lot was bigger and repaired. Excellent employees.

s y Positively amazing. I live in the area part of the year and typically get my nails down before coming here. This most recent trip I ran out of time so decided to check out the place. I’ve now been 3 times and continue to be blown away. I’ve had both Kim and Mindy work on my nails. Kim was great and made me and my mom feel special. Mindy is so detailed and kind and I would absolutely go back to her again. I love her nail art! Absolutely will keep coming back.

Jessica A guy in the shop did my nails. Wonderful experience. Before I left the a woman came up to me to check them out and I already received my first compliment. He really did a terrific job. The nail salon is clean and spacious. It gets busy. The woman who did my toes did nicely as well. I would highly recommend visiting them. Ill be back to try for lashes soon. Thank you.

Kamaria Blocker Would not recommend. I got a pedicure with 2 acrylic nails on my big toes. One of the acrylic nails was still intact from the previous pedicure I got. I was charged an extra $20 for the acrylic nails. $12 for the lady to put on a new nail (which will be pictured below) and $8 for the nail that I already had. The new acrylic was not put on the same way the previous lady did and it shows!!! It hasn’t even been a week and my toes look horrible. The job was rushed and very sloppy. I’ve never had a pedicure look this bad after only a few days. I will not be returning for this service. The pictures below will show how the acrylic is split.

Lori J Clemons This was my first time going to JR’s. I’m from Atlanta and loved my nail tech back home; however, I was pleasantly surprised. Jessica did an excellent job and really takes her time with her work. My nails were done in ombré and she wanted to make sure I was happy. Everyone was super friendly and the shop was very clean. Can’t wait to go back for my follow up service and pedicure!

Abby Rao The worst place Ive been to get my nails done. I called on Monday and made an appointment for French tip acrylic fill in on Wednesday. On Wednesday during my appointment, I kept saying French tip fill in and she kept saying yea but was distracted by other customers coming in. At the end of my appointment, I left the salon with straight colored pink nails because she forgot to do the French tip. Even after she put the oil I kept saying French tip and she nodded and didnt even do it. She asked me to come back later to get it fixed because she was so focused on serving other customers. She already spent an hour on my nails just to say she “forgot” to do the French tip. She ended up saying that I wasnt happy with it so I dont need to pay but thats not how that should work. Its very unorganized and sad that I had to waste my time for a simple mistake that could have been prevented if she had listened. ( the pink nails dont even look good)

Lindsay Luberti In short words this place is amazing, clean, definitely worth your time and money - This set was $85 when my usual place charges around 100 so pretty cheap!! Everything is sooo clean. All of the workers there were sooo nice I had a guy named dewie, he checked with me every time he did something to make sure I liked them, he was so nice, and just 10/10 to request him I’m never going anywhere else but here!!

Shelby Rushing I went and saw Dewie today for the first time! I walked in and felt welcomed from the start. I didn’t have an appointment but didn’t feel like an inconvenience at all. I brought an idea of what I wanted (dip+design) and Dewie did EXACTLY what I asked and was so nice the whole time. The prices are cheaper than my old place and my nails turned out so much better. Would recommend to anybody! I don’t understand how they aren’t packed

Sarah Deaktor This was my first time here and I came as a walk-in for a dip manicure- and I am so happy I tried them out! The salon itself was super clean and new. The lady at the front desk was super welcoming. My nail tech took his time on the manicure, which I actually appreciate since he really focused on the details. My manicure turned out wonderfully. Everyone was very hospitable, I got asked if I would like a drink or some water more than once. I felt that the prices were a bit higher than other nail salons in the area, but I will gladly pay a few dollars more for better quality. I will absolutely be back!

M Smith I have been going here off and on for a very long time. They are wonderful people with a variety of skills. Yes sometimes youll get someone who isnt the best but sometimes you get a amazing job done but the same anywhere you go! I love going to them and will continue to do so!

Colette Perry I’ve been going here a few times a year. Nice and friendly staff. I asked for a $50 pedicure with gel white tips. I told the tech a few times that I didn’t want the pink gel or gel on the nail except the white on the tip. She kept telling me she understood. I even told Kim. Then she proceeded to cover the entire nail in clear gel polish. I just shut up at that point. I gave her $60 and she said it was $80 because of the gel. Wow! $30 extra for gel??? I will not return or recommend. Bad choice to go there today.

My nail tech was extremely nice, gentle, attentive, and gave me EXACTLY what I wanted! My nails are absolutely stunning ! Friendly atmosphere and great conversation!! I am so happy I decided to get my nails done today, thank you so much!! I mean just look at them! Gorgeous!! The shine, the detail…100 stars!!!

Mandy Samhammer Custom Service is top notch! I placed an order about 7am on day. By 10:30ish am I received a text message letting me know that the product I ordered might be little different color than expected. They wanted to know if I still wanted the product, if I would like to switch it out or if I would like a refund. I was so amazed and the speed and precision this company has. And it’s Christmas Eve Eve when this happened. I will continue to give my business to this company first for years to come. So impressed.

Lisa Quick service. Initially I thought the shipping was expensive but that was before I was pleasantly surprised that they sent the companion gel with the regular polish I ordered. Very cool.

Michelle Taylor Not a fan..... They are too expensive. It goes from a reasonable $35 regular pedicure to $55 deluxe. Im used to an in-between price. They cut my big toe and it was bleeding. They cut my sons toe nails too short and then tried to file them but filed the skin down on two toes. They burnt me with hot rocks. He did apologize several times. Also, my toes have paint on the skin. Not a pleasant experience and wont be going back....

Lexus Averill Jackie is an amazing nail tech and she always makes my nails look amazing every time I come to get my nails done. Studio nails has very good nail techs and I only come here to get my nails done all the time because they do an outstanding job

Jackie Dubose I love studio nails! Everyone there is so nice & helpful, but Kaylee is the best! She can do anything, but I go to her for dip nails. They last so long, never chip or lift, and look amazing every time.

Crystal Peek So I was recently in the search for a salon where they do pink and white acrylic nails. (I like the old school look) I called several places and finally found D&N where they said they do them. I just went back for my third fill in and I couldnt be happier with my nails. They turn out beautifully every single time and my guy is super fast. If you want perfect pink and whites like mine, go to D&N and ask for Tony. He is the BEST and as long as hes there, Ill keep going back. Edit: I forgot to add that even going as long as 3 weeks between fills, I have zero lifting. No chips, cracks or breaks. They hold up beautifully. Im telling you ladies- go see Tony @ D&N.

Mr. Davis did an amazing job on my nails and the attention to Detail was amazing.he went above and beyond on all of my nails sets but this one has to of been over all the BEST he has done for me. He free handed every little detail on my nails down the little bitty lines. 5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you Mr. Davis for your hard work you did and always do such an amazing job.

Julia Kirk Wow, where to start? We called in asking 2 hours before they closed if they could do a classic mani pedi for two (my mom and I.) They were able to get us in and out in an hour, with phebomenal looking nails. I had maybe a cm of fingernails due to having to keep them very short, and i havent had a mani or pedi in 12 years. Despite this, Long was personable, nice, and fixed my nails to look like a beautiful set despite the fact i had almost no nail to work with. Linda had to bust out the grater to get the dead skin on my feet, and I ended up crying on the way home because of hpw sweet she was. She reassured me that she does pedicures all day, and that her job was to make my nails beautiful. Neither artist shamed me for the state of my nails, feet, or hands, and precisely handled them with care and expertise. I cannot praise them enough. My mom, who is difficult to please, also has found an amazing Nail artist to now help her with her nails as she is 70 and starting to lose the ability to take care of them. Tammy took care of her and had her nails shining. I really cant praise this place enough. Fair prices for everything you get too!!!

Katherine Montanaro Never have I ever been so disappointed in my life!! I read reviews before trying a new place and it was all good things until I went today. I literally came home and cried my eyes out cuz these are horrible!!! I have to go back to my usual place which is 30 minutes across town to get these redone! I just moved over on this side of town and tried a new place closer to home but I guess I’ll use the gas to go back over on Davis hwy! Not to mention they charge me $40 and do great with my nails this place charged me $60 for horrible nails. And I also went thru 3 nail techs!!!! They just kept passing me off to different people! Like wth?????? Never go here!!

Ebony Nesbitt Slightly disappointed with the service I received. I was able to be seen upon walking in which I appreciated. What I didnt appreciate was not getting the service I asked for. First I asked for a soak off of my overlay. However, the nail tech decided to wrap my fingers individually and because of this I didnt leave for 3 hours. My pedicure turned out great. What worried me was that there was no protective plastic covering the foot bowl. I also didnt observe any of the nail techs disinfecting the utensils. Finally my manicure was done horribly. She absolutely rushed Im supposing because the acrylic she continued to wrap instead of soaking off like I first requested, took so long to come off please refer to the pictures. I wont be back.

Tiffany Reynolds Very nice little shop on the West Side of Pensacola close to NAS. Went for Pedis with my best friend. My friend got her nails done also & they had one lady doing her toes & another doing nails at the same time. I decide to get a manicure & was extremely happy with it my nails look great. Prices are decent or comparable to most nail shops in the area. All the ladies working were very friendly will definetly go back again.

Jasmine Martinez Asked for coffin shape. None of my nails are the right shape. I actually spoke up about it and was disregarded. Wanted the most simple manicure. White polish with silver accent nail. Nails are painted so sloppy and they’re not smooth. I spoke up again and was disregarded. I’m very unsatisfied.

If that’s how they treat you before you even walk in the door, I can’t imagine how they treat you to your face.

Melissa Haas Well, let me start by saying I always love a business that is within walking distance of my home, which Sea Salt is. But even if it was not, I would still grant 5 stars. I had a great manicure experience. The building is an adorable old East Hill cottage that allows space for other manicurists and aestheticians. The space is bright and very clean. Arienne was my pedicurist and did a great job. She is a local Pensacolan, friendly and someone with whom conversation was easy. I had a basic pedicure which included lower leg massage and warm towel wrap in addition to polish and cuticle maintenance. I had my pedicure 10 days ago and it still looks great (see photo of day 10 nails). Highly recommend.

Lovely J Ladies dont ever go to L & C Nails on 9th Avenue and Langley. Ive had the worst experience of my life. I came here due to me working and missing my nail appointment. Not only that he insulted me further by saying I just didnt want to pay for the service when Im very capable of paying for the service! I guess he stereotyped me for some reason. Maybe because my hair is tied up, because I just spent more on my hair than what I spent for my nails to get done. Andy is very unprofessional and rude. I will never come here again. It took everything in me not to slap this man! Now this is how far he filed my natural nails, to the point it hurt but he goes in to say this is how it should be. Smh like I dont get my nails done every two weeks.

Lateecia Alfred If I could give negative one hundred zero stars I would! I came to this nail salon for the first time. I close friend recommended it….. first and foremost I was greeted kindly. But they are severely understaffed while I was getting my pedicure my nail tech stopped mid way to go and work on another client who came in after me! Not only did she stop and finish another pedicure other than mine when she came back she was rushing! She actually nicked the side of my foot. Then while I was getting manhandled. My manicurist came over to me to start on my manicure while I was still in the chair getting my feet done. I have gotten gel coat many time never have I ever gotten a manicure and the next day all my nails are chipped! Also she wasn’t able to use the blue light correctly because ofcourse it was not on a table. She decided to use the Uv light on the arm rest. I would call and go back but im scared that I may get the same treatment! Definitely not worth the 110 that I paid I honestly deserve a refund !

Anto B The salon is a beautiful and cleaned place. The nail technician, Mrs Anne, is very professional and nice. She is very patient with me because I am a picky person, also she advises if it needs to have a professional opinion. She did a good job with my nails.
