1 /5 Natalia Dubrovskaya: I was a regular client of Jenny for a few months. Coming to see her for service every Thursday. Last week I got gel manicure done that didn’t last till Sunday and one of the nails chipped it was a darker color too. So I asked her if she would be able to fix it for me this coming Thursday since I have an upcoming appt with her for pedicure and she told me she can’t see me this Thursday and cancelled my appt. I had plans for the weekend and was counting on my nails to look good. She refused to fix chipped nail and told me that she would refer me to another nail technician explaining that the time of my appt is no longer working for her. So she just brushed me off just because she didn’t feel like fixing my nail and staying some extra time. That’s not the way to treat your regular clients. After all my gel manicure was $60 and only lasted 3 days. Previously other nail technicians would help me to fix it if this would rarely happen. Also her pedicure is nothing special honestly for the price. Just a 2 mins massage and scrub with regular brown sugar that you can easily do it yourself at home. Won’t ever go back to her and save your money and go somewhere else. I can’t believe I was treated this way.

Alexander: Did a mani and pedi Monday and only mani I had where I left with 3 of my fingers bleeding and one needing a band and. I’m not sure what she did but the sides of my fingers where nail edges are are all tender/sore. The pedicure was also rough as both my big toes she dug really deep in my nail beds and she cut the edges and pulled the nail pieces/stems (not sure what it would be called) out and man was it painful. I got a pedicure here about a month ago and it was a great experience but this last one I felt like I got butchered

Ann Volcano actually did my first pedicure and was delightful. The salon is extremely clean as well as beautiful. I’ve already been back twice. I highly recommend Ann Volcano Nail Lounge!

The Sorensens: I received a simple gel manicure for my natural shorter nails and the next day it was peeling and chipping. I have never had this happen. I sent pictures and called. They booked an appointment the following day to have them fixed. The new tech said it was a bad manicure and the tips weren’t capped. She did not remove the polish she filed and buffed each nail and then removed the polish from 1 nail that was peeling back. She then applied new polish just to the tips of each nail. I was charged a fee to fix them and asked to tip. The next morning they were chipping again. I emailed and sent photos again and asked for a refund at this point. I received no response.
