1 /5 Tim Gilday: Don’t bother if you think their Online reservation/batter up system works. I set it up online and arrived 6 minutes later only to find my stylist and the other just started on someone so then I suddenly had a 22 minute wait. I left, not worth the inconvenience. Go to a place that’s sticks to reservations or only takes walk-ins. I’ve been 5 times, will not go back. Too many other places that do what they say they will do

5 /5 Greg Sherer: 1st time at a Sports Clips and got lucky getting paired with Dana. She was great - listening to what I wanted and checking in with me throughout. Went for the full mvp experience and it was well worth it.

5 /5 John Allen: 1st time using Sport Clips and it could not have gone better. Morgan (E) was great cutting my hair exactly the way I wanted. The rest of the MVP experience seems designed to make you relax, from the hot towel, shampoo and massage, to blow dry everything simply added to my comfort. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I should add I went on Sunday and I got to watch football on the many screens...now a few months later, and Alyssa took care of my haircut., shampoo, etc. It all is still designed to help you relax and appreciate the time spent.

2 /5 Liv Grace: First time we came here it was good. She didn’t listen to me as much as my child but he didn’t look bad. This time was awful w a different beautician. The back of his head is obviously uneven. She didn’t listen at ALL and did exactly what she wanted to do. He walked away with a horrible 90’s style super long bangs cut that I had to pay someone els to fix. This place cost me double. No way I was putting him back in the chair for her to “fix” it just to leave nothing left. On top of that she left my son COVERED in hair. Two stars because the first time was ok.

Great Clips - St. Augustine Crystal Hughes: I don’t usually go to Great clips, cost cutters etc because this is something I have always worried about. I had gotten my hair cut and was having some issues and it seemed as if my hair wasn’t growing (Not like normal) so fast forward and I got everything taken care of and my hair had grown down to my lower back (with the occasional trim). I finally thought to myself “I’m going to go get it cut in a shoulder length angled bob” I wish I would have never went in. I explained to her that I wanted an angled bob and I wanted it thinned and the front to touch my collarbone. She put my hair in a ponytail and just chopped it off, as soon as she let it go I wanted to cry. My hair touched the bottom of my ear. I told her “this is way to short” I went home and no matter what I did, I could not get it to look good. The hair on my left side almost touched the bottom of my face and the hair on my right side touched the bottom of my ear. I called and spoke with the manager and she so kindly fixed it but she said the original lady at cut it angled on one side and straight across on the other. Neither one of them thinned it. It was a nightmare. I will never go there again

She is the most genuine, kind, compassionate person and her work is top notch, she got a lifelong client in my 15 yr old son, he cant wait to see her next month!

The appointment was very timely, and quoted me before she started. Immediately she began working on him. He said she was really attentive to his hair and faster than anyone else hes gone to in 4 years (literally half the time).
