5 /5 Rai Vip “Rai like Rye bread”: Awesome place!! Parking ridiculously difficult to find even at 9 pm! Tram ride to the very end of the pier was efficient. Every 10 minutes or so. Visited all of it at night and then again during the day. Both times were terrific! Even celebrated a birthday dinner at midnight at Cassie’s. Claudia, the waitress, was simply wonderful!! Her pic is enclosed. She even did a solo birthday song. She is patient, kind, helpful and beautiful. The other restaurants at the very end of the pier, like Tiki, range from usual to rather expensive, price wise, but still worth visiting. Live music added to the ambience. Extravagant views all over. 5 /5 Marc Meier: A very beautiful pier with a great view of the ocean. There are many public toilets and some kind of fountain array for the kids. Parking is also manageable with 2.5$ an hour. I would definitely come here again, its a perfect break from all the trouble and you can just have a nice walk to the pier.

5 /5 Mimi H: Nice view with shade. You are able to fish at the end of the pier. They do offer bait and tackle as well. Before the pier there is a pizza shop with live music. There is also a small market available. Great Explorations Childrens Museum - St. Petersburg Toni Thompson: We love coming here for the permanent things to do like the surfboard climber, the treehouse slide, the put-on-the-weather-forecaster-jacket to be on TV, Firefighter complete with sliding pole, shopping experience, and more. The seasonal activity is a simulated ice rink with plastic floor and felt snowballs--a real Florida kids ice skating experience. The interactive coloring and science events are always fun. A separate area for younger ones allows them to explore fine motor skills like puzzles and gross motor equipment in their own space. Free parking with a circle drop-off and pick-up drive in a lot shared by another daytime venue and a restaurant. Imagine Museum: Contemporary glass art - St. Petersburg Taylor Tedesco: I had a wonderful time exploring the Imagine Museum! The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the audio tour was interesting, and I had fun searching for the hidden marbles. It’s a great place to escape the heat and see some really cool art. One of my favorite exhibits was by Steve Tobin, who at one point detonated blocks of clay with explosives. The pieces are so beautiful, and the story behind how they were created brings them to another level. I don’t know why I waited so long to visit - it’s a must-do!

Sawgrass Lake Park - St. Petersburg Jessica Patton: Beautiful housing area before getting to the park. Love the wooden nature trails that are shielded by the trees. We got to see a baby alligator among other things. The wind was blowing. I loved getting my steps in while being outside enjoying nature. The bathrooms and trails are well kept.

South Straub Park - St. Petersburg Toni Thompson: This spot of greenery provides a park buffer between the waterfront harbor and the busy St Pete street with upscale eateries and stores. A few benches offer some seating with one bench by the fountain. A great respite in the city.

Chihuly Collection - St. Petersburg Shae Conrad: Ive not ever been a huge glass person, as far as art goes. But this place was really, really cool! I was visiting from out of town and came across it. What a fun surprise. A lot to see and really interesting pieces. Bright colors. Great presentation. Wonderful lighting. They also have a place you can go watch a live glass blowing class. Only $20 bucks. Worth stopping to check out!
