1 /5 brian cahill: This review is specifically for doctor Bolivar Perez-Diaz. This person takes disrespect and patient disregard to a level I find beyond belief. Beyond the fact that he did not even acknowledge my girlfriends presence is his office while going over results with her, he completely failed to disclose vital and sensitive details regarding previous bloodwork, yet had the audacity to attempt charging her for this service. Upon requesting a full refund the office manager was at first reluctant, but after shedding light on the staggering level of miscommunication experienced all day despite telling the front desk, manager and doctor all separately of time constraints regarding results of that visit, they did issue a full refund. My girlfriend was told she didnt need an appointment, yet had to wait 5 hours to see this doctor. She was told that it would be no problem to get results the day she came, as she needed them for her school and admission to her school program depended on the results, but after waiting 5 hrs she was seen and then told it would be a week until the results came back. I have never heard of such a blatant disregard of a patients needs, and tricking someone to use your facility when you know that you cannot provide the services requested, then attempting to bill the patient for said services is a form of fraud. This doctor completely ignored the wishes of his patient and failed to update her chart regarding those wishes, and failed to go over bloodwork done a week before despite out of pocket payment for that bloodwork. Had they not issued a full refund legal action would have been taken. For those of you who work at this facility you call a doctors office consider yourselves extremely lucky. Thank your office manager for she is the only reason you are not reading this message off a subpoena and instead a google review.

Tristar Wellness - Miami Beach Ryan Crew: Top tier wellness center!! My wife and I recently finished our 5th ketamine treatment w/ Tristar Wellness. The entire experience from check-in to check-out was smooth, friendly, and welcoming. The office itself is stylish, clean, and calming. Once I completed the requisite paperwork (insurance, medical history type stuff) in the reception area, I was called into the ketamine lounge. Initially my anxiety levels were high but the staff was quick to put me at ease, answer any questions I may have had, and sort of outline how the ketamine experience works best (be calm, set intentions, and be open minded). The ketamine lounge/office itself consist of a beautiful/quaint reception area leading into two (2) thoughtfully decorated office spaces. All is contemporary, clean, and cozy ... the feeling you get when you enter a room w/ proper reclining leather lazy-boy chairs, hot-air ballon & tree lined wallpapered walls, & galactic backlights moving in the ceiling to set the mood and enhance the overall experience of whats to come. You are asked to take off your shoes, provided a soft blanket to cuddle up in, and read some of the prompts from the TV monitors welcoming you into your respective room/experience. Your blood pressure will be checked in advance of all of this to ensure all is above board. One of the technicians will come in to set the IV and thereafter noise cancelling headphones and blackout eye covers will be provided. You are then well on your way to an experience that cannot be adequately described by my limited self but one worthy of your time, money, concerns, fears, anxieties, etc. I personally have a lot of childhood trauma to unpack and its coming up at a time when I just had a baby (lost the first one), I lost considerable money in the stock market, I let go of a lot of friends due to many things circling our current political climate, continued family friction, and any number of transitions I am going thru that are simply too much for me to continue to carry alone and w/o help. For me personally, this was a first step and one Id highly recommend everyone try (at least once) w/ an open mind/heart to take another route to your well-being. I still have stuff I need to iron out but I got some invaluable insights doing ketamine micro-dosing and the staff & environment of TriStar Wellness played an important role in that.

Miami Spine Specialists - Miami Beach Eric Pomales: Dr. Hyde is a gifted Doctor. I have not had any pain, nor discomfort, since my upper back surgery. Dr. Hyde performed lower back surgery on my wife in 2013. She has never had any problems, pain, nor discomfort since her operation. Dr. Hyde definitely receives my highest accolade and recommendation.

Dr. Susan Lurie, MD - Miami Beach Amanda Ayers: Both Dr. Susan Lurie and Dr. Alexander Lurie are incredible. Highly intelligent, wonderful bedside manner, and very thorough. They each spend a lot of time ensuring all questions were answered. Their pedigree and network yields excellent referrals to other medical specialists. I am thrilled to have found this practice.

Bitran Rivera Tendler - Miami Beach Pilar Valencia: I love this practice. Everyone is genuinely nice, very charismatic group of people. I have seen all the doctors there. I delivered my 2 babies with them, they respected my decisions, explaining all the options without pressuring me for one or the other. I recently saw Dr. Mitchell and he is great! All of them are, really!. You never feel rush in your appointments, very professional and knowledgeable. 100% recommended.

Jonathan Hyde - Miami Ke Cheng: Contrarary to the bad reviews, I find him very knowledgeable and experienced. He is kind, straight to the point and honest, not trying to make money with unnecessary procedures. It was very fast to get an appointment with him and his whole team was efficient with the visit (x-ray only took 5 min to image and interpret). His advice is invaluable. Thank you Dr. Hyde!

ObGyn Advanced Care - Remberto Santos, MD - North Miami Francesca Petit: After being a patient of Dr. Santos for the past two years I’ve finally decided that he is not the right doctor for me. I ignored the red flags for a while now but after visiting his office today I realized how dr. Santos and his staff disregard black woman. I was disregarded on how i felt and no one can tell me how to feel about my body. As a health care provider you should be able to listen to your patients and look for multiple alternatives with them not just one. I do not recommend any woman of color to go to this office. 0 stars definitely do not recommend!!
