1 /5 Francesca Petit: After being a patient of Dr. Santos for the past two years I’ve finally decided that he is not the right doctor for me. I ignored the red flags for a while now but after visiting his office today I realized how dr. Santos and his staff disregard black woman. I was disregarded on how i felt and no one can tell me how to feel about my body. As a health care provider you should be able to listen to your patients and look for multiple alternatives with them not just one. I do not recommend any woman of color to go to this office. 0 stars definitely do not recommend!!

I went there for surgery and was extremely scared, but he explained everything in detail and I trusted him since the first visit. He called me personally the day after my procedure to see how I was doing, which shows his commitment to the patients wellness. If you’re looking for a Dr. that you can trust and cares about his patients, this is the place for you.

From the moment I met Him I knew when I would have kids he would be my doctor. His staff from The receptionist to nurses are also so amazing and attentive. Facility is super clean modern with good views at the waiting room, inside everything was cozy, they even had Bob Marley playing in the back, the do x-ray , front desk , nurses, x-ray tech and doctor were all very nice and attentive to me! Even the guy on a screen who got the insurance info and charge the copay was very nice. Doctor was very informative about my ankle and next steps.
