2 /5 Teresa L: I’ve been a repeat customer and have had better gel manicures at this salon. It really depends on the nail tech. I’m extremely disappointed with my most recent manicure and with their customer service. The salon needs to improve the way they hire. I was surprised to see the results of my most recent mani turn out so messy. The nail technician Mira took 3 hours on my nails when it usually takes 1.5 hours. After a few days, the pink nail color started cracking. See photos. I attached a grey colored mani I got here for comparison. When I asked the front desk lady Daniela for a resolution, she said she would check with the manager but I was ultimately ignored. I gave the salon a chance to redeem themselves but it didn’t happen.

5 /5 María Angélica Rodríguez Retamoso: I had been looking for a clean and high quality manicure for a while. It looks like I found it! Ivanna was super focused and careful, great technician. Taking care of the details, very careful with my cuticles which was what I mentioned from the beginning when I made the booking. The nail salon also has very good tools/tech. Will be coming back!

3 /5 Elizabeth Saavedra: I waited for like more than 30mins even with my appointment time, Couldn’t get that design I wanted for my birthday nails (deep white French). For the price I wasn’t even offered water, tea or anything. I paid $135 +$10 tip for a simple plain medium nails.

5 /5 Mila Barinova: This was the best pedicure I’ve ever had in my life! Tatiana Krazhan is incredibly attentive to detail — she removed every little callus and rough spot, and my feet felt as soft as a baby’s. She worked with such care, like she was doing it for herself. The manicure with extensions was also flawless — super neat and high quality. I usually have suggestions, but this time everything was perfect. Tatiana is truly talented and passionate about what she does. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Michelle Marie: I drive all the way down from palm beach to come here, no one does better Russian manicures! It last so long & always looks clean beautiful and elegant. 10/10 every single time!
