Pamela Robinson My rating is really a 2.5 stars. I use to get my nails and feet done here when I was in high school, that was in the mid nineties. I came in today, place still looks the same but with added flies. The girl who did my pedi didn’t speak English but she did an ok job on my big toes overlay but there was no real foot scrub or foot massage included. Now my nails is something else. The older gentleman at the front of the salon did them….low quality in my opinion. The products and polish they use are cheap. I asked for medium semi coffin nails and got short messy nails. They only take cash or you could use their ATM for an additional $4. Needless to say, I won’t return here.

Raisa Cocar I was not happy with the service that I received today. I went in for a full set. I wanted a Clear gel nail set. But the woman that was doing my nails insisted on doing the complete opposite of what I was asking. And every time I ask for something that I wanted she gave me an excuse on why I shouldn’t get it. If I am paying for a services I should get what I want. The nails were cut uneven, one hand was longer than the other, the nail is not straight, and 3 hours later they started to lift. My daughter also got her nails done and she had cuts on four of her fingers. And took more than 2 1/2 hours to do a short set. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Pinar Pereira I have been coming here for the last 5 tears, it’s the BEST nail salon ever and convent if you live in the brickell area! I have worked with everyone but honestly Marlin is the BEST!!! My nails never ever break and they last up to 5 weeks - I typically do hard gel and gel for my toes and do full-ins. She really understands the assignment and has the best recommendations. Also, coming from NY, I always felt Miami nail techs took a bit too long for me, but Marlin is super fast! HIGHLY recommend! & The manner Dan is amazing as well, always looks after the place meticulously and is flexible with scheduling! You can’t go wrong!

Venessa English I dont usually leave reviews unless my experience was excellent and memorable...this was one of those times. SUPER NAILS!!! The name speaks for itself. I needed a late evening appointment and they were able to accommodate me. I got to the salon later than the time allotted to me and was still given "red carpet" service. Tina ate, went back for seconds, and left absolutely no crumbs! I didnt get the gentlemans name that was there with her but shout out to you for making me feel welcomed. I went in for a refill (original service done at another salon) and a nail repair. I soon as I entered, Tina was waiting at her station for me with a warm smile. She allowed me to get settled, express my concerns, and pick out the details of my service. She advised me that the nail did not need to be replaced, she could fix it. She made sure there was no damage to my natural nail, then she went to work. When she finished with that nail, you couldnt tell that it was ever broken. Her attention to detail is beyond words. With every step in the process, she stopped and asked me if what she was doing was ok. Her before and after prep, "chefs kiss". They were upfront about pricing (reasonably priced). I will definitely be revisiting this establishment again.

This is hands down the best nail work I’ve ever had. Irene was incredibly welcoming from the moment I walked in. She checked in throughout my appointment to make sure everything was going well, offered beverages, and even followed up afterward to see how my experience was. Laura’s attention to detail was incredible – the process was clean, precise, and meticulous. Now, 4 or 5 weeks later, my nails still look flawless with zero chips...and I’m still receiving compliments. I’m beyond impressed. If you’re looking for a beautiful, long-lasting, high-quality manicure, I highly recommend booking with Laura and Irina!

Teresa L I’ve been a repeat customer and have had better gel manicures at this salon. It really depends on the nail tech. I’m extremely disappointed with my most recent manicure and with their customer service. The salon needs to improve the way they hire. I was surprised to see the results of my most recent mani turn out so messy. The nail technician Mira took 3 hours on my nails when it usually takes 1.5 hours. After a few days, the pink nail color started cracking. See photos. I attached a grey colored mani I got here for comparison. When I asked the front desk lady Daniela for a resolution, she said she would check with the manager but I was ultimately ignored. I gave the salon a chance to redeem themselves but it didn’t happen.

Taking care of the details, very careful with my cuticles which was what I mentioned from the beginning when I made the booking. The nail salon also has very good tools/tech. Will be coming back!

Elizabeth Saavedra I waited for like more than 30mins even with my appointment time, Couldn’t get that design I wanted for my birthday nails (deep white French). For the price I wasn’t even offered water, tea or anything. I paid $135 +$10 tip for a simple plain medium nails.

I loved how meticulous Zehra, my nail artist is! She is also very efficient, which is essential with my crazy work schedule! 45 min pedi & 75 min nail refill! I definitely recommend her & this salon!

MRN TRN Paying over 80 dollars for basic French nails only for them to last 2 days is not worth it. I cannot recommend this salon.

Ceciliana Ferraiuoli I had a pleasant experience yet I was significantly overcharged. I was told regular change of polish was $45 total for hands and feet. However, I was charged over $80, which doesn’t align with the service I received. I would’ve understood if it was at least manicure or gel. Nonetheless, very kind people and open until late!!

Yamile Hernandez Maricarmen is so nice and did a great job on my nails. She did the shape of my acrylics exactly how I wanted them. The shape and thickness was perfect. She also did my teenage daughter’s acrylics and her pedicure which is extremely difficult to do due to the size of her toe nails and we were super happy with how everything came out. I’m definitely coming here from now on.

Juanita Artis New to the Neighborhood...was looking for a nail shop equivalent to my usual nail salon in Sunny Isles Beach. Vanessa took care of me yesterday and she was EXCELLENT! She greeted me at the door and when no one else wanted to step in, she took over with ease! My services were Gel X nails (which they recommended), pedi and eyebrows. Very happy with my services and Vanessa gained a new client! Her professionalism is outstanding!! Also, the Lady that did my eyebrows (think her name was Maribel), my eyebrows look good. She did a nice job.

Paulina Leon After YEARS of having given up on nail techs and doing my nails myself at home, I can finally say that I found the best dip powder nail tech in this city and at fair prices. Liana is incredibly knowledgeable about the products and the whole process, her finished ombré jobs always look flawless and my nails last nearly a whole month! She’s kind, talented and patient. idk michi Gloss Nail Bar is a hidden gem! The salon is clean, luxurious, and has a relaxing vibe. I love that they use organic, high-quality products—you can really feel the difference. The staff is friendly and detail-oriented. If you want a pampering, non-toxic nail experience, this is the place to go!

Ava Simone Horrible. I went to Gloss Nails last week to get my nails done. Had an appointment at 12 pm and asked for French tip. The lady painted my nails fully white and was not even half done by 2:30 pm. I had to go so I didn’t miss my class and came back to get them fixed to be French tip like I asked for. The same day 2 of my nails came off, and the next day all 10 NAILS came off. I called and they offered to fix them for free, but that would make it my third time coming in to get them fixed and I wasn’t up for it. I thought it was fair for me to get a refund since these nails were $140. They later called and offered me a full refund. It’s been about a week now and I have not been sent my refund after calling multiple times. Today I called again asking where my refund was and they rudely said I was only getting 30 dollars back and hung up on me. Just checked my card, and not even the 30 dollars is there. I will not be coming back here and don’t recommend. I am a student at UM and $140 is expensive, especially when all of my nails fell off the next day and a refund was falsely promised to me.

EZ UPDATED 4/22/25. I’ve now come back a few times for manicures/pedicures with Merlis, who’s absolutely amazing. I’ve recommend her to all my coworkers in the area. She is so sweet, attentive to details, and does a fantastic job. I generally get dazzle polish which lasts almost 2 weeks on my hands and a month on my toes. UPDATED. 12/30/24- After my original review, I was contacted by the store immediately to see how they can fix the situation, and I appreciated the quick response. They offered me a complimentary re-do, which I did today (they even took me in with little notice). Instead of dip, I did a regular manicure with dazzle dry polish, which came out really great (pic). I’ve never done dazzle dry so it’ll be interesting to see how long it lasts. The nail techs do a very good job of cleaning your nails, which can be hard to find around here. Again, the service all around was great, and I do plan on returning. 12/26/24-Actual service was really good. I got regular dip and the nails looked so go after (pic below) but that was Wednesday Dec. 18th (right before a holiday trip) and 3 days later on the 21st, several nails were peeling and chipped. This was my first time here but got dip plenty of times before and never had chips/peels like this before so not sure if it’s old dip/polish that was used or what but for how much they charge, it was disappointing and frustrating, especially before holidays and a trip

Neila M I visited Salon Nails & Co. Miami Brickell on Saturday for a hard gel manicure, and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The next day, to my dismay, my nails chipped, which is unacceptable for a service that is advertised to last up to three weeks. I paid $65 for a gel manicure hopping it will last me 2 week. It’s a terrible experience to have your nails peeling off by itself the next day. The nail technician was not only unprofessional but also rude, which made the experience even worse. When I approached the owner for a refund, I was met with resistance and an unwillingness to address my concerns. Instead of taking responsibility, they accused me of peeling the polish off myself, which is completely untrue. Why would i want to peel off my nails to break them?? Does that make any sense!!! I have never felt so stressed and insulted by customer service before. This salon clearly does not value its customers or the quality of their work. I highly recommend that you do yourself a favor and avoid this establishment. There are plenty of other salons that will treat you with respect and provide the quality service you deserve.

Stefania Peralta I made an appointment a week in advance for a very important event—my close friend’s wedding. I arrived on time, they washed my hair, and then transferred me to the hairstylist. I showed him an inspiration picture and he started working, but from the very beginning, I noticed he had an attitude. It quickly became clear he was getting frustrated because the style wasn’t turning out well. He began adding more and more hairspray and an excessive amount of pins—far more than necessary. I also specifically asked about the curls, mentioning that without using a curling iron, they wouldn’t last (he was only using the dryer). His response was, “Can you let me finish?”—again, with attitude. By the end, I wasn’t happy with the result, but from the front, it didn’t look terrible. However, once I got home and saw the back in photos, it was an absolute disaster. I ended up having to wash, dry, and style my hair myself, completely redoing it—making me late for the wedding. I reached out to the salon, sending pictures, and they told me they would issue a refund. When I went back, the front desk called the hairstylist over, and he again confronted me with a terrible attitude. He told me the refund would come from his own money, and that I shouldn’t leave, then complain later—that I should have complained to him directly. I explained that I didn’t want to cause a scene at the time, especially because I already noticed his attitude and felt uncomfortable. I calmly told him that once I got home, I realized how unacceptable the result was and that it looked nothing like the picture I provided. I accepted the refund, but he continued to speak to me rudely, repeating his comments in front of my 12-year-old sister, who was clearly shocked. I wanted to let the front desk know how inappropriate his behavior was, but when I tried, he came over again and snapped, “WHAT’S THE PROBLEM NOW?” This experience completely ruined what should have been an exciting day. I will never return to this salon—not just because of the unprofessional hairstylist, but also because of the terrible customer service. Why would the manager send him to confront me instead of handling it themselves? To top it off, they didn’t even issue a full refund—only half—despite the fact that I arrived on time, paid, tipped, and ultimately had to redo my hair myself, making me late to a wedding I’d been planning for months. They’ve lost a client, and I will not be recommending this place to anyone. I wish I knew this guy name, he is tall, black hair, speaks with an accent, don’t do anything with him or better, just don’t go to this salon.

It may sound dramatic, but having a perfect manicure is incredibly important to me. I tried many manicurists before finally meeting Alina, and she surpassed all of my expectations. She is not just a manicurist; she is an artist. Alina is extremely professional and meticulous with her work, and my manicures can last up to 4-5 weeks, which is impressive. She is also incredibly fast, which I appreciate. Whenever I come in with crazy ideas for designs, she always manages to bring them to life flawlessly. Majesti This is by far the best nail salon in Miami!! The service is incredible. They give you snacks and offer drinks, the tools they use are new and clean, and they really know what theyre doing when it comes to nails. This is a before and after 4 weeks apart!!!!

Ted D. I arrived as a walk-in and was asked to grab a number and wait to be called, which I did for about 30 minutes. About 15 minutes after, another walk-in customer arrived, also requesting a manicure and pedicure. She inquired about pricing and timing, which made it clear she wasn’t a regular customer. I assumed I would be served first since I had arrived earlier and we requested the same service. When a station became available, the staff member directed her to it and told me to go to an empty station behind him. He began assisting her immediately, while no one helped or even checked on me. After waiting about 10 more minutes without acknowledgment, I realized I had been deprioritized and left. Although there was much more subtext going on here than I want to even acknowledge or mention, the way I was treated left me feeling overlooked and dismissed, which is why I am sharing this review. Overall, I’m sure they’re probably lovely people, but a little more professionalism and courtesy would go a long way for their business.

Shannon Washington Terrible experience! I waited for two hours, only to be told by the owner that he doesn’t do pedicures and that I’d have to wait another 30 minutes just for a simple polish change. I politely asked if he could make an exception since I had already been waiting so long, but he refused and told me to leave. Unprofessional and poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
