1 /5 Courtney Tidwell: My wife and I booked a couples massage for this coming Saturday at 10:30 for our anniversary. We received a call at 10:13 today confirming our massage & that we would be there. Then 9 minutes later, we received a call saying that one of your providers was no longer with y’all and that we would need to cancel or reschedule our massage. I find it very frustrating that when I booked the appointment, I agreed to your cancelation policy that states “For weekends (Friday & Sat.) and parties of two or more, a 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule is required to avoid a fee of 100% of services.” You literally called me 6 minutes before the 48 hour mark to cancel my appointment and there is nothing you offered to do to help make up for it other than offer to book us again for SIX weeks later. Note, this massage was scheduled weeks ago. Sadly, this is not the first time that we have had this same situation happen at Still Waters. Just a year ago, we had the same thing happen except it was THE morning of our massage. Thankfully they were able to move things around and figure something out for us to still get our massages that day, but at different times. We have enjoyed using y’all for the last few years and have recommended you multiple times, but this is the 3rd time we have had issues with either you canceling our session or there not being the original provider. Sadly we will be taking our business elsewhere and encouraging others to do the same.
