Andrea McCoy This place is spectacular!!! Friendly, clean, and relaxing. No harsh chemical smells because it is all botanical. Lena did an outstanding job on my pedicure and nail art. EVERY TOE!!! I will be back to visit every time I am on leave to Pensacola but for those who live here, if you havent been to this gem, do it now.

Julia C Im a simple gal. I always get short, red, dip nails. Ten Perfect Nails is THE BEST. They are attentive and meticulous, doesnt matter which nail tech you get because theyre all great. I shopped around other nail salons around North Pensacola and this one is by far the only right choice for location, cleanliness, price and attention to detail. Its no wonder theyre packed out the door every Saturday. I try to come early on Saturdays or make it before lunch on a weekday or else Ill be waiting 30+ minutes, but its not for lack of employees! People just flock here because theyre AWESOME.

Leslie Swift If I could zero star this place I would. I gave this place a 2nd chance. My daughter was fully taken advantage of today. She went in for a gel manicure for homecoming and spent over 55$ for this. I’ve never seen such a horrible paint job. This is nothing like the picture she showed the nail tech. I’ve spent 55$ for way more elaborate nails than just this simple green uneven french tipped design.

Tia V, BSW Went here to get my nails done for my birthday. Requested coffin shaped gel acrylic nails. I’m not sure why I didn’t get the shape I wanted whatsoever. The lady doing my nails also was very heavy handed with filing, just to leave me with square nails. She scoffed when I told her the length. She didn’t have me wash my hands until the end, after she had filed them down with the metal piece repeatedly. After finishing my nails, she filed the undersides with a metal piece. Most of my nails have a gap between the nail and the acrylic, and they all look like the person doing them just wanted me out of their chair. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if you can be profiled by what you look like lol the lady in the chair next to me seemed to have an entirely different experience, most notably having her hands washed/cleaned before they painted over and essentially trapped all bacteria underneath. Also my left thumb nail (that was also unevenly shaped and filed underneath) broke a day after getting it done. Going somewhere else to get them fixed, somewhere hygienic that will put in a smidgen of effort to give me what I requested.

Dana Marie Susan gave me the most beautiful pedicure! I had a cracked toenail and she repaired it perfectly. She was so considerate of everything! Kept my water nice and warm the entire time. 5 star

Courtney Tidwell My wife and I booked a couples massage for this coming Saturday at 10:30 for our anniversary. We received a call at 10:13 today confirming our massage & that we would be there. Then 9 minutes later, we received a call saying that one of your providers was no longer with y’all and that we would need to cancel or reschedule our massage. I find it very frustrating that when I booked the appointment, I agreed to your cancelation policy that states “For weekends (Friday & Sat.) and parties of two or more, a 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule is required to avoid a fee of 100% of services.” You literally called me 6 minutes before the 48 hour mark to cancel my appointment and there is nothing you offered to do to help make up for it other than offer to book us again for SIX weeks later. Note, this massage was scheduled weeks ago. Sadly, this is not the first time that we have had this same situation happen at Still Waters. Just a year ago, we had the same thing happen except it was THE morning of our massage. Thankfully they were able to move things around and figure something out for us to still get our massages that day, but at different times. We have enjoyed using y’all for the last few years and have recommended you multiple times, but this is the 3rd time we have had issues with either you canceling our session or there not being the original provider. Sadly we will be taking our business elsewhere and encouraging others to do the same.

Joan Keen I had a co2 laser done by Jessica and I am very happy with the procedure. I was numbed first, and the actual laser was not very painful at all. She is very professional, kept me updated during the process, and provided post procedure instructions. I highly recommend Stillwaters and the team there, the actual office itself, which is clean and inviting.

Paige Kowalik I never usually treat myself but I am so happy I decided to get a facial & massage at Still Waters !!! Take this as your sign! My facial was done by Brandy and not only did it feel AMAZING but she was so knowledgeable about my skin type and helped me figure out problem spots I’ve had trouble with for years!! Then I had my massage with Tosha and I can’t brag enough. I’ve never had a massage before so I was a little nervous but she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Both these employees were very professional but also made me feel at home in their care. I can’t wait to come back!! 10/10

Christina Bunch Walked in... quiet... not packed but each tech had a client. After being acknowledged... (looked at) I asked if they take walk ins.. "if I have the availability I do...: ... ok next question "do you have availability???????" "Not right now, maybe about 2:00" .... and that I guess will be a walk in as well with no availability since you cant do anything further to offer an appointment or anything? So unprofessional, its just rude

KIT Could improve on customer service. Also definitely not worth the price. $32 for a gel polish change with no pedicure is really expensive for this area. I’ve gone to many other salons and have never paid that much to just get the color changed. The tech I had was very impatient with me picking the color. She kept bothering me to select one and she wasn’t even to the point of painting my nails yet. I am also very shocked they do not offer the OPI polishes in gel. Very disappointed.

SB I came in for an acrylic soak off and manicure. I was passed through 3 people during my services. The soak off was not done completely, so there is still a layer of acrylic on my nails. The manicure was rushed, missing steps, and my cuticles were done incorrectly leaving me with hangnails on every finger. Very disappointing and not worth the money.

Janerica Prim I went in for a mani/pedi. Very professional and great customer service!!! Van did my pedi gel polish, such an amazing job, she was very polite. Andy did my dip powder mani with a chrome powder coating, and sad to say that I was disappointed… It seemed as if he was rushing through from start to finish.. I have little bubbles and lumps on certain nails.. he used his actual finger to smear the chrome on each nail… I will not be returning…

Cherrie Ahle Good experience but a few needs! My heels weren’t scraped very well, no help with info about polish. Just pointed at wall of polished, but come to find out the duo pkgs are one for basic/one gel. Good competitive prices, will return but need to share more expectations.

Bobbette Brown I will never go to this salon again I got a full set with regular polish which comes free with a full set and my toe nail polish changed with regular polish just because they do not have regular polish which someone should of told me I could have went somewhere else I was charged $70 I asked why so much and the lady said they charge the same price for regular polish as the gel Polish ??? no other salon in Pensacola does that so if you don’t want gel polish do not go there

Julia Haven Visited for the first time today for a pedicure and it was a great experience. Lisa was my nail tech and she was super sweet and very good! Nice selection of colors and the wall of polish was labeled with normal/gel (together in a box), powder, and a few others. The place seemed very sanitary as well, they used plastic covers for the tubs and the nail tools were from a newly opened package.

Shay Wilson I wish I could give this place no stars!!! They guy did my nails and I showed the picture of what I wanted , I said no pink.. well he laid the acrylic and I thought he had a plan . Nope pink color , he doesn’t do designs. He looked me dead in the face and said my nails were not pink!!!!! Picture listed for reference . Kim couldn’t do the design and it was simple. I have a nail tech but settled her because my sister wanted to get her lashes done. Shape is horrible , flooded my cuticle, no people skills . I will never be back for nails !!!!

Alicia Thomas I dont get my nails done there because they dont do a good job. Only get lashes but lately one eye looks more fuller than the other and every time I pay its a different price when I get the same the thing every time! Will be finding me a new lash place asap!

Jessica It gets packed on Friday and Saturday. I usually try to go early morning thats the best time. I get my eyelash and eyebrows waxed. The building is very nice, clean, spacious. Only wish the parking lot was bigger and repaired. Excellent employees.

s y Positively amazing. I live in the area part of the year and typically get my nails down before coming here. This most recent trip I ran out of time so decided to check out the place. I’ve now been 3 times and continue to be blown away. I’ve had both Kim and Mindy work on my nails. Kim was great and made me and my mom feel special. Mindy is so detailed and kind and I would absolutely go back to her again. I love her nail art! Absolutely will keep coming back.

Jessica A guy in the shop did my nails. Wonderful experience. Before I left the a woman came up to me to check them out and I already received my first compliment. He really did a terrific job. The nail salon is clean and spacious. It gets busy. The woman who did my toes did nicely as well. I would highly recommend visiting them. Ill be back to try for lashes soon. Thank you.

Kamaria Blocker Would not recommend. I got a pedicure with 2 acrylic nails on my big toes. One of the acrylic nails was still intact from the previous pedicure I got. I was charged an extra $20 for the acrylic nails. $12 for the lady to put on a new nail (which will be pictured below) and $8 for the nail that I already had. The new acrylic was not put on the same way the previous lady did and it shows!!! It hasn’t even been a week and my toes look horrible. The job was rushed and very sloppy. I’ve never had a pedicure look this bad after only a few days. I will not be returning for this service. The pictures below will show how the acrylic is split.

Jessica did an excellent job and really takes her time with her work. My nails were done in ombré and she wanted to make sure I was happy. Everyone was super friendly and the shop was very clean. Abby Rao The worst place Ive been to get my nails done. I called on Monday and made an appointment for French tip acrylic fill in on Wednesday. On Wednesday during my appointment, I kept saying French tip fill in and she kept saying yea but was distracted by other customers coming in. At the end of my appointment, I left the salon with straight colored pink nails because she forgot to do the French tip. Even after she put the oil I kept saying French tip and she nodded and didnt even do it. She asked me to come back later to get it fixed because she was so focused on serving other customers. She already spent an hour on my nails just to say she “forgot” to do the French tip. She ended up saying that I wasnt happy with it so I dont need to pay but thats not how that should work. Its very unorganized and sad that I had to waste my time for a simple mistake that could have been prevented if she had listened. ( the pink nails dont even look good)

Lindsay Luberti In short words this place is amazing, clean, definitely worth your time and money - This set was $85 when my usual place charges around 100 so pretty cheap!! Everything is sooo clean. All of the workers there were sooo nice I had a guy named dewie, he checked with me every time he did something to make sure I liked them, he was so nice, and just 10/10 to request him I’m never going anywhere else but here!!

Shelby Rushing I went and saw Dewie today for the first time! I walked in and felt welcomed from the start. I didn’t have an appointment but didn’t feel like an inconvenience at all. I brought an idea of what I wanted (dip+design) and Dewie did EXACTLY what I asked and was so nice the whole time. The prices are cheaper than my old place and my nails turned out so much better. Would recommend to anybody! I don’t understand how they aren’t packed

Sarah Deaktor This was my first time here and I came as a walk-in for a dip manicure- and I am so happy I tried them out! The salon itself was super clean and new. The lady at the front desk was super welcoming. My nail tech took his time on the manicure, which I actually appreciate since he really focused on the details. My manicure turned out wonderfully. Everyone was very hospitable, I got asked if I would like a drink or some water more than once. I felt that the prices were a bit higher than other nail salons in the area, but I will gladly pay a few dollars more for better quality. I will absolutely be back!

Colette Perry I’ve been going here a few times a year. Nice and friendly staff. I asked for a $50 pedicure with gel white tips. I told the tech a few times that I didn’t want the pink gel or gel on the nail except the white on the tip. She kept telling me she understood. I even told Kim. Then she proceeded to cover the entire nail in clear gel polish. I just shut up at that point. I gave her $60 and she said it was $80 because of the gel. Wow! $30 extra for gel??? I will not return or recommend. Bad choice to go there today.

Mandy Samhammer Custom Service is top notch! I placed an order about 7am on day. By 10:30ish am I received a text message letting me know that the product I ordered might be little different color than expected. They wanted to know if I still wanted the product, if I would like to switch it out or if I would like a refund. I was so amazed and the speed and precision this company has. And it’s Christmas Eve Eve when this happened. I will continue to give my business to this company first for years to come. So impressed.

Michelle Taylor Not a fan..... They are too expensive. It goes from a reasonable $35 regular pedicure to $55 deluxe. Im used to an in-between price. They cut my big toe and it was bleeding. They cut my sons toe nails too short and then tried to file them but filed the skin down on two toes. They burnt me with hot rocks. He did apologize several times. Also, my toes have paint on the skin. Not a pleasant experience and wont be going back....

Crystal Peek So I was recently in the search for a salon where they do pink and white acrylic nails. (I like the old school look) I called several places and finally found D&N where they said they do them. I just went back for my third fill in and I couldnt be happier with my nails. They turn out beautifully every single time and my guy is super fast. If you want perfect pink and whites like mine, go to D&N and ask for Tony. He is the BEST and as long as hes there, Ill keep going back. Edit: I forgot to add that even going as long as 3 weeks between fills, I have zero lifting. No chips, cracks or breaks. They hold up beautifully. Im telling you ladies- go see Tony @ D&N.
