5 /5 Kara Stafford: These mechanics are honest, reliable and very affordable! We had a mess going on from trying to replace a fan ourselves that turned into a radiator, wiring and then a compressor. Dropped off the van Tuesday for the compressor and correct wiring. We received a call Wednesday saying that it was all fixed but we had a fan relay that had shorted. So because of pricing and lack of items in the area we ordered that part from Amazon. It came in today (Fri) and we rushed it to them at 3:45pm (they close at 5pm). We were told it would be Monday before they could get to it. BUT we then got a call at 4:20pm saying it was all ready to go!!! Anyone in Florida realizes the importance of AC in this state! They didnt even upcharge us for the relay. I highly recommend this company!

I am grateful for their fabulous stewardship of honest and experienced service, quick willingness to share information on how I may better care for my vehicle and the pleasant buying experience. This family is forthright and a joy to work with and their work is second to none particularly compared to the local competitors (Jack/Goodyear, among others). 5 /5 Honeyy Marie: Very thankful for the shop. I was on my way to drive to South Carolina and my car was driving kind of funny. They were able to take a look at my car very fast and made sure that my car was safe to drive the rest of my trip! Very kind folks !

1 /5 McLellan Lori Lynn (Bigbootyjudy): The folks here seemed very nice. My truck is not NOW, nor after they replaced the internal timing chains I purchased at NAPA running correctly!!! Work was done back in October 2024. I have spent thousands trying to get it repaired and driveable. I wish I never went to this place! Mr. Gates stated he would not guarantee his companys work if I did not allow Sumter Automotive to purchase the parts.I took it back and was told, "Oh we forgot to connect a wire." Be aware folks! By the way, I was a mechanics daughter and drag raced all over the East Coast. Shame on me for picking this repair shop. I would suggest you go any where but here for major engine repairs or work!
