Kara Stafford These mechanics are honest, reliable and very affordable! We had a mess going on from trying to replace a fan ourselves that turned into a radiator, wiring and then a compressor. Dropped off the van Tuesday for the compressor and correct wiring. We received a call Wednesday saying that it was all fixed but we had a fan relay that had shorted. So because of pricing and lack of items in the area we ordered that part from Amazon. It came in today (Fri) and we rushed it to them at 3:45pm (they close at 5pm). We were told it would be Monday before they could get to it. BUT we then got a call at 4:20pm saying it was all ready to go!!! Anyone in Florida realizes the importance of AC in this state! They didnt even upcharge us for the relay. I highly recommend this company!

It was late, so most shops were closing soon. Made a few desperate phone calls and came across KDP. He was fairly priced and came to my aid in no time. Before I know it, I was back on the road. Shirley Aubin Excellent communication from Jason and Yuleyma! We had some vents that needed to be replaced and calked. Our solar panels were over top of the vents making it a bit of a pain getting to them. Jason got the job done in the blazing hot sun and humidity. He also took a look at the rest of the roof making sure there were no immediate issues to deal with. Theyre both very friendly and we would certainly call them again if were in need!

James Hoard Jason came was on time. Was able to troubleshoot the problem with our eletric valves. Replaced the actuator to resolve the problem others could not do. Left everything cleaner than he found. Great work!

21baltus I called Ortiz Auto Care center and spoke with the owner Carlos who said he could install front brake pads for my car. When I arrived Carlos said there were two cars ahead of me and I should be able to get my brakes done by 3:30 to 4:00. Both of those times past and I never heard from the man again. He didnt respond to texts or phone calls after that. I dont know if anyone was paid to give this man five stars for anything but Im going to give him the rating he deserves. I recommend if anyone is thinking about doing business with this shop to go elsewhere.

Craig Julie Phenicie These guys saved my "bacon." On my way for an early morning delivery in Plant City when the low voltage light came on and the volt guage was just under 12. Pulled into Loves told them that I had a new alternator and needed them to change them. The lady at the Service Counter told me, "Itll be tomorrow at the soonest." I checked my GPS to local shops and found Affordable right next door. I gave them a call, and they asked if I could bring it over to them, which I did. An hour later, I was back on the road and for a very reasonable price. Ill be adding their number to my contacts for sure.

josh james Worst damn shop ever, totally unknowlegable with foreign cars even though they said they had plenty experience with them. Lied and kept my car for 3 years telling me they were working on it. They were out driving my vehicle around after they told me I blew my engine up. Which is funny because if I truly needed a new engine then how in the hell were they out driving my car. They left their receipts in my center console is how I found that one out, and actually got the video surveillance from one of the stores with them pulling up for gas and a pack of Basic cigarettes. Smoking in my car when I specifically asked them to not smoke in my car if they were going for a test drive. Damaged my vehicle in multiple places, then wouldnt fix my car after they damaged. They even damaged the new engine they said I needed. Took the old engine to another mechanic and was told I didnt even need a new motor, that the problem after they inspected was due to a broken intake bolt. They put the engine back together with old gaskets and o rings....Who does that? Theyre not even legally allowed to operate as I found out today from the state they arent even registered with the state nor do they even carry insurance. But the state now knows they arent registered either. Operating an illegal wrecker service on the highways without the proper credentials. If they operate that wrecker like they did my car watch out because you and your family are sharing the roadway with these clowns. Again the worst shop Ive ever been too. After reading some others reviews, watch out because they probably put your motor back together with old parts and gaskets as well.
