2 /5 Kristin Baird: Love the people, nurses, docs, in-office staff are all fantastic. I HATE the portal and the fact that I can never reach anyone by calling. If I have a sick child, the last thing I want to do is speak to a non-medical answering service employee. Even to ask a simple question or let them know I’m running behind for an appointment, it’s always an answering service. Having to do the check in on my phone waiting for every page to load while chasing a toddler around the office is so much harder than just having paperwork. The new owners ruined what was once a quaint and personalized practice. Also my son was overdue by at least a few weeks for his well check and vaccines yet no one called to tell me. I’ll pre-schedule from now on but that was very surprising. I’ve had 2 kids there since 2019 and the only reason I’m staying is Drs. Harley, Cano, and the newer guy whose name I can’t remember. They’ve been great but the owners are ruining this place.
