Central Florida Health Care - Lakeland Primary Care - Lakeland Frank Juarez: It would had been nice to meet the doctor and receive the recommendations from him directly. Only a nurse talked to me (very nice though). Hope to have better luck on my next appointment.
LakelandMD - Lakeland Sheena Combs: First off, I dont typically leave reviews, but I do read them. However, I feel compelled to say: Dr. Wooldridge is AMAZING! She was able to see my son the same day and made him feel so at ease and comfortable. She was very trustworthy, patient, kind, and friendly. Her demeanor with my son made him say, "I really, really liked her, mom, she was SO nice!" We are very thankful to have found her and look forward to our continued relationship with her office!
Lakeland Regional Health Gateway Internal Medicine - Lakeland Dawn Prystash: I can never get to see my doctor when I’m sick. Thankfully, there is Teladoc. I don’t prefer Teladoc, but what can you do if you can never get into see your doctor? God forbid it was something serious. I would die before I ever got in to see him.
Dr. Marc Guerrier, MD - Lakeland Lora Mills: Ive been a patient here for over 4 years. Ive had such a great experience here with the entire staff. Dr. Guerrier is a truly caring, patient, and friendly person. He will take the time with you to make sure you understand your diagnosis and plan of care. I feel comfortable, cared for, and right at home here. I highly recommend Primary Medical Center.
Clements Hana J MD - Lakeland Rochelle Anderson: I do not typically post reviews, but I feel so strongly about not recommending Dr. Clements that one time first of all, we waited for an hour before being called back for my dad’s first visit, even though there was only 1 other patient in the office. Then we had to wait another 30 minutes or more before Dr Clements came into the exam room. It was obvious that she had not reviewed my dad’s medical history which we had sent to the office prior to the visit, because I had to tell her about all the medical issues from the past 12 months. She has the personality of a rock and may have made eye contact with us once the whole time we were there. At our second visit she proceeded to scold us for not putting him in a nursing home, even though she is aware that he has a visiting home health nurse and therapist, as well as a APRN who has been communicating with her to coordinate care. Basically, I got the impression that she wanted him to come to her office every month so that she could bill Medicare. We can’t switch to a new primary care physician quick enough.
Lucrecia Dore, MD - Lakeland Lexie Minyard: If I could rate less than one star I would. All the other reviews spell out her behavior and attitude pretty clearly, but I’d like to add that she victim blames SA survivors as well. I was a patient of Dore’s from the age of 16 to 18 or so. My mother forced me to see her despite my repeated complaints about her. At some point towards the end of my time with Dore I decided to try being more mature, so I tried to be less resistant to her “treatment.” I attempted to open up about a boy at school who had abused me when I was 15. She smirked and said something to the effect of, “no, I don’t think it was like that. I think you just wanted a bad boy. You wanted the attention.” I was invalidated, gaslit, and blamed for what happened to me. It felt like a slap to the face. I internalized that for years until another therapist was able to help me realize what I went through wasn’t my fault. Please, please, please, if you love your children, do not take them to see this woman under any circumstance. The harm she causes cannot be understated. She does not deserve her license and anyone under her care will need MORE therapy once she’s done with them.
Dr. Om Prakash - Lakeland John Kunzman: Worse Doctor Ever! In 2018, I went to Urgent Care and was assigned Dr Prakash. He wouldnt listen to my symptoms and ordered a CAT scan, so I thought he needed to review that to find out why I was experiencing severe, reoccurring abdominal cramps. Obviously he couldnt read the CAT scan and prescribed an acid reflux medication, even though I told him I didnt have acid reflux, that he assured me would help me. The pharmacist said, that based upon my symptoms, that wouldnt help my condition. After experiencing severe cramping the next night, I wrote to Watson Clinic to complain about "Dr" Prakash. Meanwhile, my regular doctor reviewed the CAT scan and called me into his office and admitted me directly into the hospital for surgery for an obstructed small bowel. I was there for almost one week and the problem was solved. Ive never forgot that incident!
VIPcare Lakeland Hwy 98 - Lakeland Kim Mccomas: Dr Guevara is an amazing Dr!!! I have been seeing him about 4 years now and moved 2 hours away and I drive the two hours for my appointments. He takes his time and listens instead of pushing you out the door. Very understanding. I wont go anywhere else. His staff is amazing and when I need a prescription refilled they are right on it. Thank you Dr Guevara and staff for the amazing job ya all do.
Santa Rosa Medical Group - Family Medicine - Five Points - Pace Frances Lee: Awesome Urgent Care Team! We’ve seen Jessica Rife and Tiffany Cook several times and they are amazing. Great care and very knowledgeable! Very personable and friendly too. It’s like we are family. Kasey is so sweet and a pleasure to chat with while receiving care. She makes sure you are cared for promptly and with compassion. Martha is great too. If you need X-rays, Dane is awesome. So caring and friendly. My family and I highly recommend choosing this facility.
West Florida Medical Group - Avalon - Milton Lisa Rhoades: I had been looking for a Primary Physician for awhile that I was comfortable with. After several fails, i decided to do what the sign says out front and walk in. The waiting area is very nice and clean and when i walked up to the window, i was greeted with a smile and right away she scheduled me an appointment, told me what i would need to bring with me and she answered my questions about my concerns as far as a physician and told me i would love Dr. Bautsch. From the moment he walked into the room i automatically felt comfortable with him. He genuinely is concerned about his patients well being. He and everyone in that office have been nothing but awesome. Ive already recommended to several people and will continue to do so.
