2 /5 Neil Burnside: For the most part the staff was friendly. This was my first visit in a while (terrified of dentists) I was immediately concerned when I filled out the paperwork, to me, it implied there have been incidents where insurance doesnt want to cover things. I was concerned about the amount of x rays being done may not be totally covered. The person they put me with wasnt familiar with any of the machines in the office. As a result the process was intimidating to say the least. Im not sure why current dentistry cant just look at my teeth with their eyes FIRST. They NEED xrays why? Im sorry I want a dentist who starts off with the basics look at my teeth, I will even let you pick at them with your tools. But relying on xrays SEVENTEEN of them to start??? Im sorry this seems like a cash grab to me. Im sure billing insurance thousands in the process and then we pay what they dont. You need to start small, If you cant use the first "fancy" all around the head x ray then why take it? Most dentists can get by with four. You office needs 17. The last dentist I went to explained a lot and what to look out for in other dentists. Im sorry I cant recommend this dentist practice. In the office for 30min and not one look in my mouth just xrays. Edit....OMG I just looked at the comments and Im glad I did it seems others had a similar experience. READ ALL THE COMMENTS.

1 /5 Monica Gosnell: Id give less than 1 if I could. My husband discussed in detail that he had a bad gag reflex before making an appt. They assured him they could help. When he went in they pushed full X-rays (even though he had sent very recent X-rays from a different office). He questioned if they would be covered since he had just had then done at a different office. They assured him they were covered. Then the dentist examined him only to say he couldnt help him and hed have to go somewhere else. A month later they began calling excessively saying he owed an additional $10 after he already paid what was due. When I called they said theyd take care of it due to the issue and since it was such a small amount. But obviously their whole office is a disaster including their office staff and billing office. Yesterday, 3 months later, we got FIVE separate copies of the exact same bill for the same $10. They will seriously spend more money in postage just to harass you than the minimal amount they said they would take care of!! Highly recommend that you do not go there!!

Most locations in Zephyrhills as far as dental has bad reviews.. this office seriously messed up my new denture partial. How could the temporary fit so perfectly and then the finished product not fit?! Someone in their lab is making some serious errors! This partial there no way be repaired because it is severely incorrect! I showed them my current partial and told them I would like something similar! Look at the difference here!! I would have gladly paid a little bit out of pocket to have something decent! The manager even had the nerve to scream at me and over our voices while on a conference call with my insurance company. So unprofessional. And let me mention one appointment ...I waited almost an hour and then I left. Dont expect much in the dental world because Ive been to almost every office in Zephyrhills and theyre all telling lies, dont know their job and offer the worst service! We need to keep exposing these unprofessionals who are taking advantage of clients & insurance companies!

5 /5 Hal McKoon: Excellent service both front office staff and dental professionals. Very good at explaining your treatment plan and answering any questions you might have. I really liked that when you have to go out of pocket once you are out your insurance, the rate you pay for procedure is the exact same rate that the insurance company pays the Dentist.

5 /5 Elizabeth Meteer: The employees are very nice, accomodating, polite, proffesional and the dentist are also the same.The place is clean and the waiting room is simple but comfortable enough.
