Stacey makes sure to call in advance of your appointment time to make sure you’re all set. I don’t think I’ve ever waited in the lobby too long before my service begin which is a huge difference between this office and other offices I’ve attended. 10/10 would recommend.

5 /5 Bertina: The front desk staff are always very friendly and do their best to give someone a great experience. I appreciate their efforts to make accomodations for me. The hours of operation works with people of various work schedules. The hygeiniests do an exellent job, as well as the dentist. The atmosphere is welcoming. It is not always pleasant to go the dentist in general, but the staff makes it their priority to make their patients comfortable. There are affordable options for services at this location. Looking forward to my next visit.

5 /5 Bruce Allen: Unhappy with my previous dental providers, I researched and found Healthy Smiles Dental Palm Coast. So glad that I did. I walked in the door and was greeted by Stacey and Marlena at the front desk. They do a great job scheduling, answering questions and concerns. Next in line were Dental assistants Esteban and Brooklynn. They are kind and extremely professional. Finally, I can not say enough what a amazing job Dr Dias did in addressing my various Dental issues. After 6 crowns and 2 partials, Im very happy to finally have a new home for all of my Dental care.

I felt very comfortable with her. The office staff was extremely professional as well. The only reason less than 5 stars was that I wasn’t seen until almost 1 hr after my appointment time. Although it was worth the wait, I am providing feedback hoping the office can improve on the scheduling.

Shanna Waters: The reviews are true!!!! Proceed with caution. Unfortunately I am also a Medicaid patient and as stated prior, since this office knows they are the ONLY one that takes the insurance they think they can treat you as rude as they can. DO NOT dare let your phone ring while there!! My first appointment there, I was rudely told to turn my phone on silent and not to use it. Fine if thats your policy but dont be nasty when its a new patient and your sign is above everyones head so theyre unaware. Now, as far as my teeth. I have dentures unfortunately. I broke my top denture and needed a new one made. I went into my appointment excited that it would be fixed. As expected, they did a mold of my bite to have the new denture made. After a few weeks, I got my denture. IT WAS TERRIBLE. I didnt even look like I had anything in my mouth. Also, you could see right through the material they are made of because they were so thin. I am currently still wearing my original BROKEN denture because the new one was so poorly made. I emailed them to let them know I wasnt happy and got no response. In my email I asked if theyre even was a reason for me to come in for my appointment due to the situation. No reply until I asked for one. No solution given. I declined to return after that and reported the situation to the insurance company. Now, I have been dropped as a patient. But Im not upset that I was dropped because why would I return?? If you decide to use Mark Johnson, be prepared for his staff to be rude and unprofessional. Poor quality work and no care when your unhappy with the work they did. I wish I could give 0 stars.
