1 /5 Rylie Bomkamp: If I could rate this place 0 star I would. This place was MORE than horrendous. The inside is nice, Iāll give them just that. Iāll start from the beginning, I walk in, 3 employees. I ask if they can take me and they do. He asks what color I say āpink glitterā. The guy asks how short I want my last set trimmed. I say halfway. Fast forward weāre drilling and heās going absolutely ham on my fingers, pulling them, folding them, literally yanking my hand closer, mind you my ELBOW IS ON THE ARM REST, like how much closer do you need me? He cut my fingers and cuticles. Sometimes during he flung the buffing block on my noob and grabbed and the manager had to apologize for him while he just laughed. He was on FaceTime until his manager came in, but sheās no better than him, sheās getting all up in my face about what color I want and this dude drilling on my fingers. My nails are tan not pink at this point but Iām trusting the process, this maneger is getting in my face talking about cat eye polish I never asked for. I just wanted a pink base with glitter what is so hard to understand? Anyway I left with nubbed French tip and no length matches.
