3 /5 Brianna Wright: 3/2025 I was more intrigued by the landscape around this building. The trees are huge & so beautiful. I did find interest in seeing the price change in vehicles. I thought a lot that was here was honestly junk & didnt think the admission price was reasonable. To see everything it took about a hour. It would’ve been nice to be able to get up close with the displayed movie cars.
5 /5 Nicola McLeod: The Tallahassee Automobile Museum is a must-visit for anyone who loves vintage cars, history, and unique artefacts. As we wandered through the exhibits, I was captivated by the incredible collection of classic cars, each with its own story to tell. But what truly made our visit special were the eclectic archives and displays. From the dinosaur egg to the vampire kit (yes, you read that right!), every exhibit was a fascinating glimpse into a different world. The Elvis and Marilyn Monroe memorabilia were also a highlight, showcasing the iconic style and charm of these legendary figures. The vintage cars, of course, were a major draw. The attention to detail and care taken to restore these beauties to their former glory is impressive. Each vehicle is a testament to the craftsmanship and innovation of its time. If I have one suggestion for improvement, it would be the lighting. Some areas of the museum could benefit from brighter, more focused lighting to really showcase the exhibits. Despite this minor quibble, Im so glad we visited the Tallahassee Automobile Museum. The sheer variety and quality of the exhibits make it a unique and engaging experience. Whether youre a car enthusiast, history buff, or just looking for something different, this museum is definitely worth a visit. Ill be recommending this place to friends and family, especially if you like movie cars like batman!
5 /5 Stephen G: What an amazing place. From automobiles to case knives, to fishing poles and racing boats. From carpenter tools to stuffed wild game to model cars from wherever they came. This is a must not miss museum. In fact make a special point of planning to visit, and leave the rest of the day free because it will take that long to see it all.
5 /5 Peter Apuyan: I was excited but also unsure what to expect when we pulled into the parking lot—it looks like just another big building from the outside—but once inside, I was blown away. This place is packed with classic cars, from really early models (like late 1800s) to muscle cars, and even a few Batmobiles. What surprised me most, though, was all the other stuff—vintage cash registers, old typewriters, knives, pianos, even outboard motors. It’s like walking through someone’s massive, quirky collection of Americana. We spent about 1hr hour here and still didn’t see everything. If you’re even remotely interested in cars, history, or just cool old stuff, this is absolutely worth a visit. The staff was friendly and happy to answer questions, and the place was super clean and well organized. One of those hidden gems you wouldn’t expect in Tallahassee. They are dog friendly and offer military and senior citizen discounts. They do also have a small gift shop too!
5 /5 David Raizor: This place is far more than just an automotive museum. If you have time while in Tallahassee, make sure you stop here. You will not regret it. It’s amazing.

Robert Foe: As a construction worker I appreciate the build on the chairs. Although the pitch is from back going forward that makes me feel like I’m falling out. If y’all adjusted the chain length on the forward facing chain it would be perfect. Thanks!

Liornaca: Such a cool area to walk around in. It is across the street from Cascades Park. You can see the structures of the houses that stood in the old neighborhood years ago as well as the barbershop that was the center of the community. It really is a nice place to relax in as well.

Noah Von Dauber: This building is beautiful and very historic. (Its a shame they replaced the one building that represents the entire state of Florida with a giant gray concrete rectangle.) But this old Capitol building is open to the public and was converted into a very well managed and informative museum. Unfortunately, though, you cant go in the dome like most other capitols.

Erin Lee: This was really neat, plenty to do for a long day but we arrived late in the day and were still able to enjoy it for a shorter time. It’s a beautiful walk and well maintained exhibits with a friendly staff.

Robert Banach: This is a great way to bicycle from St Marks to Tallahassee. Straight, smooth (mostly, some root growth), benches and some restrooms along the way. Scenery is beautiful, clean trail and if you take your time youll see some wildlife and plenty of birds. Just a block or so from the main roads, so you can always cut over and get a drink or a snack.

Dr. Abadi: Had a great time visiting this park with the family while we were in Tallahassee. It was clean, well-maintained, and made for a really nice spot to walk around and relax. Even though we went on a weekend, there was plenty of parking available, which was a pleasant surprise. The only downside is that it could really use more lighting at night—it gets pretty dark. Other than that, everything was great. I’d definitely come back for another stroll if I’m ever in town again.

Wade: This is a nice park with the water and gazebo, but I couldn’t find a playground that they apparently have. The geese are cool for kids to see but lots of droppings around and has a smell. Could be cleaner. Also saw some homeless folks. All in all it’s a good park but could use some work.
