1 /5 Marcy Collins: RUN - dont go there unless you have one of the few good technicians. As a walk in, I a got a guy I had last year when I was here, I should have ran then. Pedi was ok, he cannot paint, the polish doesnt look clean and pretty but bumpy like a child painted it. I walked out after 2 tries of a gel mani. My healthy nails are now weak and breaking. Horrible. Then a technician was yelling at me as I tried to pay and I was asking for a breakdown of the fees.....RUN

2 /5 shaydamar derby: Although they were friendly I feel like I left with a manicure that a child did. My nails were not properly shaped, there are pink specs all over them because it was not properly dipped. And some nails are longer than others. I have been here once before and my nails were perfectly done. This time I feel like my money was wasted.

5 /5 Erica Sasnett: Had an amazing experience today. After reading all of the negative reviews, I did not have high hopes, but Tracey was amazing. They were busy, but there was not a wait, everyone seemed very happy, and I would recommend going to anyone. I have been going since before the holidays, so the foot and leg massage was much needed. The price was very reasonable, and the environment was basic, but relaxing.

1 /5 Roysha Webber: I’m sitting in the chair and this man tried telling me my nails are even. He cut one toe nail to the skin when I told him they are too short. If he didn’t know what he was doing he shouldn’t have touched my feet. I pay for what I like not for what anyone think they’re going to send me out the door with!

They lasted 5 days prior to beginning to crack. I have never had this happen before and usually can ware my nails for 3 weeks. It broke 3 of my natural nails. Mind you, I was in a conference all week and not doing anything to damage my nails. They did not even apologize that it happened. So disappointed.

Ashton Walton: “Bad customer” of today. This is what my sister walked out of the store with on 3/27. Her fingers were also bleeding from how bad Ella cut her skin. She called today asking for them to get fixed or get a refund. They told her come get them fixed. Ella had an attitude and proceeded to make her skin raw and in pain my sister pulled back and told her multiple times she was hurting her. She asked for them to be removed and for a refund. Ella agreed. Still being rough she kept hurting my sister so she kept pulling back and complaining of the pain. The nail tech Ella response was “do it yourself then. I can’t fix them if you keep moving when I try to” and tossed the nail file at her. So yes, there was vulgar language as there should’ve been. The tech then called the cops to have her trespassed and did not give the refund. The fake reviews on today is laughable. Pictures do not lie.

The staff is amazing, they are friendly, attentive, accommodating and truly listen to what you want. I’ve NEVER been disappointed - I get acrylic and they stay on my fingers - no chips no separating they look gorgeous until I go in to change my colors. T does my nails - He’s quick, efficient, and does an amazing job each and every time I go in. This place is awesome!

Kimberly Rodgers: EDIT: still overall good service however the work is mediocre. These are my nails exactly 1 week from getting them done. They began chipping on day 3 & has continued to chip off. This is acrylic. Its too thin. Too much $$ for work that doesnt last. Very good customer service!

Tanya Smith: The lady that I had just left me soaking to do a pedicure and someone else had to finish my nails because I was complaining and the lady that finished my nails wouldnt let me wash my hands and the acetone that I was soaking in was all over my hands and then she takes the hot rag and wipes my hand off like thats suppose to take ot off. And she was rushing because one of her clients was waiting to get her nails fixed. Very disappointed! And they were pricey! Ive been to better places and this was my first time. Not ever again.

Karla Diaz: Amazing pedicure done today by the owner didn’t get her name , but she did a wonderful job. She did a deep clean pedi , followed with hot stones and an outstanding massage. She was very polite and took her time. This is the first time ever out of all the places nail salons I’ve gone through that was ver detailed and perfection.

karrol gonzalez: These Ladies are AWSOME!! Youll fall in love with them. Rachel does my nails, teeth whitening and micro blading. Crystal does all my facials waxing and eyelash extensions and micro needling. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND both of them!!

Miss Bentley: I’d highly suggest you go elsewhere if you are capable! Although they did accomplish giving me a deluxe pedicure, I was in and out of there in 30min tops! (I’ve had pedicures before & they generally take 45 min minimum). I’m guessing they was trying to rush me out of the way for all the regulars that they have that time of day…? Or perhaps it was because I declined the option for Gel Polish. (Which I had to decline with practically all 5 employees working today)! Whatever the reason, I should have been able to relax & enjoy the services I was paying for. I left disappointed & looking like a child painted my nails. I won’t be back if I can avoid it!!
