1 /5 Ashley D: The hygienists and other staff were great, but this office is all about the $$. Multiple times I went for my scheduled appointment and waited in the chair 30 minutes to an hour to see the dentist (after seeing hygienist).
Even after I asked for the best time to come not to wait, I waited. Dentist told me she has 6 scheduled patients that she needs to see at the same time and thats why there is always a wait. Why would you schedule 6 patients at the same time? They dont care about your time or experience- just getting your $$. Probably why they market to retiree; they have time to waste. Like most chain dentists- avoid this one.
Gave them three chances. Wont be going back.
Edited to add; after experiencing some sensitivity after my last dental work there, I followed up with a new dentist. X-rays show that the dentist left exposed area outside of the filling and essentially botched it. My insurance wont pay for the filling to be done again and so I now have to pay out of pocket for their mistake.
