For the longest time, I’ve had short and thin hair and I decided to get extensions and Kay was very thorough in explaining the different types and let me choose what I was comfortable with. Because I workout she suggested I switch to Gelx Press ons and i have nails thats longer are retaining length! Shes the best!

Kristina Martinovic: Very unhappy with my haircut. She cut much more than I requested and the entire cut is uneven. Also they have very cheap hair products. She couldn’t even brush through my hair and when I asked for a detangling spray or serum to help brush through my hair, she didn’t have anything. Would definitely not recommend or go back there. Also they charge $45 to blow dry your hair on top of the Groupon price you pay. Not worth it

Jen Jay: I went in to get my hair colored and I left with pink and orange streaks in my hair. I told them and they declined fixing it and told me it’s supposed to be that way because of how my hair was before, but I have always had blonde hair and I’ve never had pink or orange in my hair before. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and went back and asked them to fix it and they wouldn’t fix it and told me that I need to get more highlights to fix it. I’m so beyond livid with this experience and wasted $250.

Dejah Acevedo: absolutely ruined my hair. I asked for her to cut the tips and she literally chopped off my hair. Never once asked if I wanted a relax and did it anyway. The girl who originally cut my hair is Cuban and had no idea what she was doing and parted it in four way and just chopped it off. Andrea did try to fix it but even she didn’t know what she was doing. Finally was able to go to a real hairstylist and she did the best she could. But they absolutely ruined my hair.
