asked for help rescheduling / if anything could be done and was blocked
I’ve had an appointment for 2 weeks. All I needed was a glaze/tone. The day of my appointment, the stylist cancels two hours prior. Said she can fit me in at 8AM the next day knowing i’m leaving for a trip so I was understanding and appreciative. I just woke up this morning to a cancellation text. I have friends who are hair stylists in my hometown and have been to many salons and have never dealt with anything like this in my life. I had asked kindly if there was a chance she’d have to cancel to let me know so I can find something else, which is already hard considering it’s so last minute. I’m leaving for a trip in a few hours and have no option. I have never seen anything more unprofessional.
