She cares that she does a good job for you and she cares that you have a safe vehicle to drive off of her property. She cares to tell you the truth and we trust Theresa. My fiance and I both take our cars to Theresa if they need anything and the service is amazing but our experience has been even more than that because she genuinely cares. So know that if you take your car to her that you will get great customer service and work for your car but more than that: youll find a place that you can trust that is owned by someone that is sincerely kind and genuinely cares. 5 /5 Andy Ludu: Now is my favorite service. Excellent professional work. They are friendly, they take you even if on late notice. They explain in details the problems and solutions. Once I had a difficult repair at a Chevy Spark. They went the super extra long mile to talk to vendors, other garages, browse internet, huge work, just to fix it right. And they did, in time, perfect, quickly, no over price, explaining all. I love everyone at Theresas. I only go there. And the ladies at the desk are the friendliest ever yet super professional and serious. Thank you! Highly recommended.

5 /5 Amoreena Barnes: My front wheel bearing broke down while I was on the road and after I limped my car gently back home, I called Theresas and even tho they were busy, they squeezed me in! They had it fixed in just a few days! They worked with my extended warranty people to get the whole thing paid for me! A few weeks later, sure enough, the bearing on the other side went and the did the same and had it done the next day!! right before I brought my car in, someone in my apartment complex busted out my drivers side rear window and Safelite gave me a quote of over $520! I mentioned this and the folks at Theresas referred me to their neighbor, Your Glass Doctor, beat safelites price by a couple hundred bucks! You gotta love local business! Theresas is my mechanic shop for everything I need! Love you guys!

5 /5 Jennifer Macklin: Theresas Garage is a wonderful family owned business that deals fairly with customers and has excellent customer service. Ive been there four times. Each time, They treat people like people. Ive heard the interactions between the folks who work there and the customers. The way they explain the repairs to each person at each persons level is commendable. Today, I had the roters replaced. The amount was reasonable, and although they didnt have the part, it was delivered quickly. So I was out the door in about 2 1/2 hours. Great oil changes, too!
