Nina provides all sorts of services. The facility, stylists’, and technicians’ practices are very clean.

kabob79 Wow just Wow! I love going to this salon. Everyone is friendly, no matter who you may have an appointment with. My stylist name is Barbara. She is amazing! A few years ago my hair was falling out. After some research we found I was having a reaction to a process that was used on my hair since I can remember. We stopped everything(straighter, relaxers, color)and focused on healthy hair. Now I am the proud owner of a very healthy head of hair! THANK YOU BARBARA.

Shes been loving her hair and taking pictures of herself ever since getting it cut. Her hair looks so healthy now They even squeezed us in when they were busy. Jennifer D I had an appointment two doors down at Salon 309, however the stylist was a no-show. I walked in here and, luckily, Barbara was able to get me in immediately for a color. I have to say that the first ladys "no-show" was a blessing in disguise as Barbara took great care of me and did a great job on my hair! She, and the owner, were both extremely pleasant to deal with and made me feel extremely welcome in their shop. I will definitely be back, and recommend this place to anyone looking for a great do!

Sumalee Bisard Tracy did a really great job! She took her time and cut my layers beautifully. I have SUPER long hair which can be intimidating to a lot of stylists. Usually places like this are very speedy and do things in a hurry to get the next customer in, resulting in a subpar haircut. However, Tracy took her time and did a phenomenal job and was very thorough while remaining efficient. Would highly recommend her.

Bennett G I hadnt had a professional haircut in about five years because I couldnt find a decent barbershop in Crestview. I decided to try Alpha Cuts, expecting just a basic trim. Let me tell you, I went in looking like a scrub and left looking like a million dollars. Ricky is the best barber in town. A+++++

Luis Salas I live in a small town where there are three barbershops. Unfortunately, their customer service and my experience with them in the past has been bad so I drive 45 minutes to get a haircut from Ricky. Sometimes he takes 15 minutes, sometimes he takes 25 minutes with the same haircut style but the results are always great. I’m glad I found Alpha Cutz.

Cocobeautyduval Riccardo is awesome!!! I was in a rush and had a long day from work ,rushing to get my son to his hair cut appointment. Not expecting how bad the traffic was getting into Crestview. He was very understanding and was willing to wait for me to get there .And best of all , did a phenomenal job on cutting my son’s hair . Great customer service.

Megan C Tina Hively is my go-to stylist. I absolutely adore her! She does beautiful work and is fun to chat with while youre there. Theres never an awkward silence. She always kills it whether I get an all over balayage or just highlights/lowlights. She nails it every time. Also, she actually listens to you regarding your specific hair needs and concerns. She never tries to push what shed rather do and she remembers the small details. I absolutely recommend her if youre looking for a new stylist/colorist.

T J ZERO STARS———THERI literally screwed my hair up so bad!!! If anyone wants to see pictures I will submit them!! My hair is orange and splotchy from her painting on the bleach, I always get foils and told her that!! she does not know what she’s doing at all!!!! I literally cried in front of other people in the salon getting their hair done, and showed pics of before and two clients said unbelievable what a horrible job she’s done!!! one lady walked out because THERI was rude to her as well…one worker agreed that Theri should have foiled my hair, and told me it looks bad, Theri is very aggressive and very rude to other workers there. Theri couldn’t even apologize to me while I was crying. All she could say was “I agree it looks awful!!” I’m going to corporate with this.. She owes me $300 I had to get worked in another salon and it’s still not fixed and hair is broken so bad!! STAY AWAY FROM THERI!!!!! I even videoed before I left the salon and have pictures if anyone wants to see the mess!!! So many people tell me she ruined my hair and they say she needs her licenses taken away!!

Putul Barr I had a fantastic experience at Fantastic Sam’s Cut and Color. Not only did they do an excellent job cutting my hair, but they also went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout the visit. The staff were very attentive, offering beverages and making sure I had everything I needed. Their attention to detail and customer care made the entire experience truly enjoyable. I will definitely come back again! The combination of their skill, and excellent customer service has made me a loyal customer. Highly recommend!

shelby elana This happened maybe a few weeks ago, I came in with a friend of mine, and the energy just seemed off. We were passing through, and decided to stop in to see about pricing and whatnot. I think it would have been a pleasant experience, despite the fact that the manager ( I believe her name was Terry ), seemed awfully aggressive to her employees. She seemed really agitated towards her stylists, for what seemed like no reason. The employees were all very lovely, despite us deciding to not get our hair done at that time. I think the issue stems from management.

Benita Proctor I highly recommend this business. Terri, the manager is extremely talented and product knowledgeable. She knew exactly what to use and how to bring out the best in my hair. The salon was very clean with a friendly atmosphere. The customer service and products exceeded my expectations. I was completely impressed with her professionalism. I was delighted with the results and highly recommend her to anyone looking for fabulous hair and fantastic service.

Marco Polo If I could give this place negative stars I would. My girlfriend took my son to get his first haircut today and decided to go here. She came home crying due to an older black man named Lennard or something? She went in and sat, nobody said anything to her. There were 2 people getting their hair cut but regardless, you dont ignore your customers. When the 2 people were done, she got an eye roll and a snappy "you ready?". So she said yes and they went up to the chair. She asked if he just needed to sit on the chair(by himself or?) and he goes "yep". She explains that this is his first hair cut and he goes "okayy?". He asks what she wants done, and she stated "just a trim because its in his eyes." The guy cut her off went on a rude and dismissive rant, "Well do you want 2 inches, a half inch, off his ears, what? You cant just come in here and say you want a trim!" Caren was also there and said nothing to the guy being a dick. Ive had my hair cut there once before and it was below average, after this experience, no one I know will ever touch that place again.

Explore With Us Reviews Let’s see I came to this barbershop for the first time and the line was 4 people ahead with only one working barber on a weekday around 1pm. So I waited and came the next day with not a soul in the store but had 2 workers. I requested my haircut and it was $15.00 not bad for the price. I get my haircut and it’s lopsided and very uneven now I see why they only charge $15.00. The barber himself was nice and approachable but for a hair style service and the haircut being as bad as it was there wasn’t much more I can go on for more stars. While yes I do have a lot of reviews and I go around the country as you have stated in your reply back to me I have found a lot of other barbershops that have competitive prices for a much better haircut that’s even, and not canted to one side. Maybe I’ll come back to give it a better review at a later time THANK YOU

Danielle Coulbourn Was able to take me last minute as a walk in. I think the woman name was Karen. (Lady at the first chair) She did a wonderful job on my sons hair and took her time. She did a very neat and clean job. Highly recommend.

The Raaveness She does nice work with my moms hair. Cute shop, very clean and friendly. Un-parking can get a little crazy, being next to a drive thru for a busy pharmacy, and people turning in off of Ferdon.

Shawn Richardson My spouse setup an appointment for a perm which comes with a haircut. Samantha did her perm and during the process another person came in and she said "Im gonna cut this guys hair, itll only take about 5 minutes" She was gone for around 20 minutes; IN BETWEEN THE PROCESS OF A PERM!! During the perm she wasnt gentle at all, yanking on hair. Then when she went to pay she tried to charge her extra for the haircut (which is included with the perm). The manager caught her on that. She even complained about Samantha being gone for 20 minutes in the middle of the perm to the manager and she just said nothing. Wont be returning nor sending any of my friends there either.

Joseph Douglas I used to go to other salons. However, their turnover was insane. Unless they were running, a discount promotion, the cut was $14.00 or more. Decided after, a terrible hair cut, to find a local Salon. Dottie at Hair World is GREAT! The biggest surprise was when I paid. It was only $10.00. Shes personable, and does a Great job. This is where Ill be returning. If you dont want to feel, like a number, go to Hair World.

Josh Rix My haircut was great, but setting an appointment wasn’t. At 9:50am I scheduled a haircut for 10:30am so I could hopefully avoid a long wait. I got there early at 10:21am, told them my appointment time and was told to sit down. After waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time, someone sitting in the back asked if I had an appointment. I didn’t know that she worked there because she just sat waiting the whole time. After I told her my appointment was at 10:30, she said I wasn’t in the system and said I must’ve called the wrong Supercuts. Being polite, I said “oh, maybe that’s why. Let me check my phone”. I confirmed that I called the correct number and location, she said that it was probably for 11:30 because she wouldn’t have scheduled a 10:30. Well, I wouldn’t have scheduled myself to wait over an hour for a haircut. She was overall rude. I tried to be as polite and respectful as I could regardless. I wasn’t even trying to argue, but I received an unwelcome attitude anyway. At least the person that cut my hair apologized for my wait.

Kenneth Smith Supercuts is the reason I cut my own hair now. I rock a shaved head and have for the last 20 years. I used to come in and get my head shaved for $10 and Id tip $5. The last time I came into Supercuts I waited 30 minutes past my appointment and they charged me $25 to sit in their chair for not even 5 minutes and gave me a messed up look when I didnt leave a tip. And for the record, this experience was back in 2020 during Covid, not recently. But that was enough to lose my business forever and I promise Ill never come back.

Ashley Gentry Horrible haircut on my 2yr old, if you can’t complete the sides or edge him up correctly bc he moves/cries etc then the stylist should just say that instead of the butcher work that was completed. If all you can do is clean the kid up on top communication would have been great and we still would have walked away satisfied. Now it looks like I did my kids haircut with beer goggles on! Come on-let the parent know if it’s going to be impossible to do, if you can’t do it, or if they should wait for a skilled kid stylist.

T. G. Bontrager Walked in and waited about 20 minutes. The hairdresser was very professional. She talked about the haircut and then we had an interesting conversation. Recommended to a fellow worker the next day at work and he went and spent $40 on a cut and beard trim that same day. The morning I heard numerous people complement his haircut.

Sonya Hight Love this location! Usually I always come in for a Dutch or sometimes French braid and Kelly helps me with this as she is the go to gal for this! Shes always sweet to me and willing to braid my long hair. Today I came in and got a shampoo, blow dry and style. Sherry helped me and was fun to talk to and listen to! She kept telling me how pretty my hair is and I couldn’t thank her enough for styling it all for me for a work function. Most importantly I am particular about who cuts my hair and I am always worried because I have had the worst experience ever, but I told Amanda how I wanted my hair cut. She listened to me and cut my hair just the way I wanted it and it looked great. Best hair cut and experience ever! I will be returning for Amanda to do my hair. She just got a new client!

Shaina Kirtley You really should listen to people! When someone tells you they only want 1 inch off their hair that means 1 inch. Not butcher the hair so short! Only one time has someone listened up there and I guess they no longer work there. Also you need to up your skills on how to work with curly hair...again only one time there has someone cut it exactly the way it was Said or knew how to work with curly hair!

Marcus A They should change the entire business to "appointments only" on the weekends, I have been to this location three times and I get the same question " did you check in online " if you say no, they will turn you away if the waiting room is a ghost town or not! The last time was today, the lady looked at me like she was very frustrated when I said I was a walk in, terrible business and attitudes!

Susan R My grandson went to get his hair trimmed. Without mentioning her name, she was not friendly - almost rude. We were not sure if she trimmed the back or not. His neck massage was approximately 10 seconds. After the cut and we left, we noticed the cut was not even. We called and returned for it to be evened up, which she did as best as she could. I have never been to a Sport Clips with such unfriendly, dont care attitudes like this before. We will not return.

Tammie Richter I went into Ulta for a hair appointment without any idea of what I wanted. Sabrina took the time to listen to my concerns and then worked her magic. As she explained her plan, I couldn’t quite visualize it, which made her worry that I might not like the result. But I’m so glad I trusted her—because I LOVE how my hair turned out! She truly knows what she’s doing, and I will absolutely be back.

Danielle Brooks All of the employees at this store are extremely wonderful. Today I was in the store stressing about upgrading my skin care products because my skin is changing. Ema was the biggest help. She is so kind and helpful. I genuinely enjoyed her showing me all the products and explaining what would work best. She is amazing. EDIT I have to add how AMAZING Sabrina is! She has done my hair twice now and it’s perfect. So my favorite employees are Bryce, Emma, and Sabrina even though the WHOLE STORE has the best employees.
